I have never enjoy Taiwanese food as much because of their meaty and oily based food. Recommended by my friend that this restaurant may change my impression on Taiwanese cuisine, I decided to give it ago. I had the beef tendon with vermicelli. Beef tendon was so tender to the point it melted in your mouth once you bite. Good that I still manged to hold it with my chopsticks. It was cooked to perfection. The marinated beef tendon tasted very good too, unlike most of others which was salty. Vermicelli were those typical taiwan type noodles. First sip of the soup was blend, but the magic came when you added the spicy pickles added. It immediately added an amazing kick that enhanced the whole dish to a next level. I only added a small spoonful, but if you're a fan of spicy food, better add few spoonful for extra heat and flavours. Moving to the mini minced pork chop leek pastry. Pan seared well with a crunch on the outside and still kept the juiciness inside. Not oily at all. It remained hot and crispy. Even let it rest until I finished the noodle, it's still very hot. I personally prefer more leek (especially emphasising it's a leek pastry), a bit too meaty. The ice milk tea topped with the oatmeal gem was very blend. I was longing for a bubble tea but this definite unable to satisfy me and even the tea base could be stronger. The sprinkled oatmeal gem could be given more.All in all, it wasn't bad even I don't prefer Taiwanese cuisine still finished it. Still unable to change my perception on Taiwan food or give me a wow. 繼續閱讀

抵食,有台灣feeI,肉臊肥瘦適中,醃得入味,肉同飯比例剛好。卷餅煎得好香,但太乾身,無汁,偏油,美中不足係啲奶茶唔夠味,好水(或者我口味比較濃D),熱飲好普通。 繼續閱讀

好食牛骨湯米粉👍🏻,前幾日同同事係北角食lunch,想食台灣野,就試左小巷弄☺️主食:鹽酥大雞排$69牛骨湯好香好濃,好重牛肉味,熱辣辣飲落去好舒服,配米粉食好入味啊🤤鹽酥雞排炸得香脆可口,肉質又不會太乾,午餐尼講份量啱啱好,吾會太飽,反到公司想訓教😆😆飲品:鳳梨多多+$3鳳梨帶點乳酸味道,好飲又特別☺️ 繼續閱讀

當我上網搶緊0機票嘅時間,女友小熊突然來電,問我今晚食咩好?佢係北角出差係北角收工,提意去小巷弄好唔好…好好好..... 我求求其 Hea 回就算,因為要繼續搶機票,甚至無時間上網睇睇小巷弄係咩餐廳,聽個名以為食上海菜,到步先知原來係台灣菜,咁就睇睇佢同北角另一間台灣餐廳九份飽有何優勝先.講環境,九份飽行古早味,我超喜愛,但冷氣完全唔掂,相反小巷弄冷氣就好勁,店內光光猛猛,九份飽座位狹窄,小巷弄闊落舒服.點咗二人套餐,酥炸大豬排湯麵,三牛薈肉燥飯,迷你蔥油餅,滷水豬大腸,芋香珍珠奶茶同蜂蜜雪梨茶.優點:1, 好多時D飲品都沖到好淡偷工減料,但小巷弄嘅芋香珍珠奶茶同蜂蜜雪梨茶夠味但唔會太甜.2, 酥炸大豬排外層酥脆豬扒鬆軟,湯麵清甜之餘有有少少藥材味,夠特別.3, 迷你蔥油餅餡料足夠蔥油香.4, 三牛薈肉燥飯有牛肚牛筋同牛𦟌,牛𦟌同牛筋夠哂冧,份量同樣足夠無偷工減料.5, 服務唔錯,我地話位置太凍要求轉位,湯麵要求加蔥花,職員都樂意無黑臉.缺點:1, 二人套餐主食無我喜歡嘅麵線,要另外點,可惜.2, 湯麵用上粗身台灣麵,我都係中意食D幼身粉麵,個人口味問題吧.3, 我愛嘅蔥油餅,太迷你呀! 唔夠喉.4, 牛肚韌咗少少,而且唔夠入味.小熊問我點解遲到,我話幫佢搶機票,其實只係幫自己搶到,睇怕要快快去幫佢搶機票鳥.... 繼續閱讀
