Little Bao有幾特別嘅fusion菜式，食落有驚喜，而且環境幾舒服，值得一試👍🏻【Pork Belly Bao 招牌豬腩包】$88個包唔係平時西式嗰啲漢堡包，而係有少少似中式甜甜地嘅饅頭，但就更加軟熟香口🤤豬腩肉肥瘦適中，煎得香口，再加芝麻醬幾好味😆【Fried Chicken Bao 三黃雞包】$98炸雞外脆內嫩，而且有輕微花椒味嘅沙律醬，加酸酸嘅黑醋，喺其他地方冇食過呢個汁，幾特別又惹味😋【Shrimp Tacos 墨西哥炸雲吞】$98炸蝦雲脆卜卜，上面有啲菠蘿同牛油果醬，有花椒嘅味道，食完有少少麻，但唔係好辣，幾特別😆【Yuzu Maple Soda】$48好清新嘅柚子梳打，再加左柚子楓糖同紫蘇，好refreshing😛【Guavalada】$58番石榴汁加柚子梳打，再加一片熱情果，仲有杯邊沾滿梅子粉，酸酸甜甜，飲完好開胃，我好鍾意❤️

再次到訪Little Bao，今次跟試了𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙒𝙚𝙚𝙠限定的𝙎𝙪𝙢𝙢𝙚𝙧 𝙏𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙪，飽到要捧着肚子走～個人覺得這個餐好食過平時的set dinner!!! 用料跟搭配相當有創意，尤其必試三黃雞漢堡和雪糕包包！✦ 4 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙨 + 2 𝘽𝙖𝙤𝙨 + 2 𝙨𝙬𝙚𝙚𝙩 𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 + 2 𝙙𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙠𝙨 ($𝟸𝟿𝟾/𝟷) “ 𝐿𝐵凱撒沙律 (4 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙨 )沙律加了豆豉鯪魚碎，跟沙律醬很夾，更突出鯪魚的咸香🤤很有港式味道～兩人份還蠻多的“ 吞拿魚脆脆玉米餅玉米餅脆卜卜的，上面是Tuna Tartare、蕃茄莎莎和炸蒜片，充滿麻油香和蕃茄的清新，有點像脆版的Taco🙈“ 紫菜墨魚脆脆 (2𝑝𝑐𝑠)這個很好吃！炸紫菜絲包着墨魚滑，外層香脆內裹彈牙，沾上黑蒜醬酸甜惹味，更突顯墨魚的鮮～“ 墨西哥炸雲吞 (2𝑝𝑐𝑠)外皮超香脆的~內裹是蝦肉餡，加上表面的牛油果醬跟菠蘿粒也不錯吃“ 三黃雞包 (2 𝘽𝙖𝙤𝙨)烘過的饅頭漢堡光滑軟熟，夾住三黃雞扒、旺菜、花椒沙律醬，雞扒炸得超香脆，軟滑又多汁！不過連雞皮炸，所以蠻油膩的，加上黑醋和花椒沙律醬，多了酸甜和花椒的麻香，

第一次食Little Bao因為見到Burger個樣同平時食開既好唔同，先想黎試😂食物外型係西式，而食材同煮法都加左好多中式元素落去，都幾特別，加埋環境舒服，間中都會食三黃雞包 ($98)除左呢個包之外，以前都有食過豬腩包同天婦羅魚包，但都係覺得三黃雞包最好食，配搭同食材都好出色麵包係白色，睇落似中式蒸包🤣但口感其實同西式果種差唔多，好食同鬆軟既。三黃雞包其實係炸雞包，炸得香脆，入面嫩滑多汁，雞肉調味都好，個醬有醋同花椒，再加埋個雞，食落好似食緊四川既宮保雞丁咁，不過個雞變左做炸雞，真心好有創意😂黑松露薯條 ($98)Menu係寫黑松露，但呢個價錢都一定係比黑松露醬😂薯條幼身炸得香脆，上面既配料有魯肉碎，菇，醃蘿蔔，幾樣材料又台式又日式又美式，但食落好夾好平衡。以薯條黎講價錢有d貴，不過份量幾多同味道特別，多數黎食都會叫既鹽味雪糕包 ($38)其實係中式炸饅頭夾著凍雪糕，中間有d焦糖醬，雪糕鹽味幾淡，係個醬令個包有返小小味，就算我之前食既另一個綠茶雪糕都係偏淡😓主要係食冷熱交融既口感，幾有趣但味道上唔算好特別價錢: $209 / 位 (有加一)環境: 7.5/10味道: 7.5/10性

Food was ok but service was shit. The guy with ponytail.. don’t know what’s his problem but he’s rude the second we entered the place. Gave us the table next to toilet although 2/3 of the restaurant was vacant and refused to change us to another one. Extremely impatient when we asked questions about the dishes.Go home if you’re not happy about your life.. or change a hairstyle. No one comes here to take that attitude dude...

Finally visiting Little Bao and could try their amazing creations again! And lucky enough to try their limited edition - 𝘛𝘢𝘪𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘦 𝘓𝘶𝘙𝘰𝘶 𝘚𝘤𝘰𝘵𝘤𝘩 𝘌𝘨𝘨 😆This was absolutely clever combo. This place serves some unique bao(s) that are surprisingly good.  The signature pork belly bao with the slow-braised pork belly, sesame mayo and shiso leek salad is tasty as usual where as the appetizers such as the shrimp taco and pan-fried dumplings aren't as exceptional yet very tasty.  The hidden gem, ice cream bao was terrifically good and definitely gotta order it during the visit.  All the goodies here come with hefty price tags which is a bit of a turn off.

Extremely terrible experience at this restaurant today. When we first arrived, the staff at the door was very rude. He directed us like dogs to stand in multiple positions to wait. Eventually when we could go in, another staff took us to terrible seats away from the window even though we had requested it on our booking and there were several free tables by the window.
