We had the pleasure of sitting at their bar table, allowing us to overlook the bustling open kitchen. The energy was electric, and watching the chefs work their magic added an extra layer of excitement to our meal! 👩‍🍳✨We kicked things off with the Roasted Baby Corn, which came beautifully plated and topped with chive yogurt and a generous drizzle of salted egg yolk. The moment I took a bite, I was captivated by the creamy texture and the savory depth that the salted egg brought. It was a harmonious blend that made for a delightful start! 🌽😋Next up were the Laksa Fries, and let me tell you, they were a game changer! These crispy fries were infused with a rich, spicy laksa flavor, giving them a unique twist that was both comforting and adventurous. The addition of crunchy Sakura prawns on top added a delightful crunch, making every mouthful a perfect mix of taste and texture. I could honestly eat these every day! 🍟🔥Then we moved on to the Tempura Grouper Bao, a dish that was perfectly executed. 二人餐有齊小食,包,雪糕包和飲品,份量唔過量,又可以食多啲唔同款,非常唔錯。布冧沙律有青瓜,布冧同蕃茄,雖然看似簡單,但醬汁調味好出色,清甜又清新,好出色,超讚慢煮牛腩煎餃子使估唔到咬開真係一絲絲牛腩絲,味道啱啱好,加上脆脆外皮,讚。乾炒牛河薯條不單止外表睇落似乾炒牛河,連味道都幾似,真係好有趣呀。紫菜炸墨魚脆脆估唔到個紫菜炸完之後會咁脆,墨魚彈牙,2種口感,超有驚喜招牌豬腩包豬腩肉層次唔錯。照燒炸三黃雞包炸雞又厚又juicy,加上中間嘅青瓜沙律,口感層次豐富。綠茶雪糕包和鹽味雪糕包炸麵包夾住雪糕,有冰火衝擊口感,真係超正。小食有超出驚喜之感,主菜都唔錯,值得bookmark的餐廳。查看更多

放工約了友人食飯,友人推介小包包,主打fusion漢堡,中西合壁有特色,呢間之前聽過但未食過,趁今次試下先,平日大約19:00去到,唔太多人,但越夜就越多人。門面個LOGO好得意,小小的店子,裝潢骨致帶點型格,暖色燈光感覺好WARM,店員態度親切笑容可掬,主動介紹主打食物等。餐牌,揀了人氣之選。SEAWEED POPPERS 紫菜炸墨魚脆脆,$98,面層炸紫菜香脆惹味,手打墨魚丸大粒,口感彈牙有鮮味,配上黑蒜醬食更美味。PORK BELLY BAO 招牌豬腩包,$98。份量十足,刈包微熱軟熟,微甜,豬腩肉大件肥厚,肉質軟腍香口,配上大蔥紫蘇葉沙律、芝麻醬及茄汁更惹味,十分豐富。GREEN TEA ICE-CREAM BAO 綠茶雪糕包,$48,小小的一個,個包不論味道及口感都好似炸饅頭,外脆內軟,綠茶雪糕,綠茶味濃郁,味道不俗。SALTED ICE-CREAM BAO 鹽味雪糕包,$48,友人的。食物味道不俗,有創意,服務態度值得一讚!價格略貴了少許,下次有機再戰。查看更多
