服務質素有待改善 用餐時間為兩小時 食咗一個鐘侍應已經過嚟收野 成個用餐過程過嚟收咗三四次 好似想催人走咁 甚至連個架都收走 只係留啲碟 上英式早餐茶嘅時候冇比糖、奶、匙羹 後來侍應竟然係比糖漿食物質素亦較為參差 分量比較迷你 鬆餅太乾 要不停飲嘢先食得落 蛋白檸檬撻過甜 食到未溶化嘅砂糖環境雖然唔錯 但戶外沙發比比較殘舊有污跡餐廳名過其實 雖然有送絲巾和八折購物券 但性價比低 應該不會再光顧 價錢唔算昂貴 但係留返啲錢去酒店食仲好過

前菜:麻辣凍豆腐,陳醋香菇,香脆素春卷
最特別係陳醋香菇,稍微油炸過嘅香菇,再加上陳醋嘅味道,令人感到非常之開胃😛!麻辣凍豆腐就正常發揮,香脆素春卷就真係冇乜特別啦!

From the moment I arrived the reception of Madame Fu, the artistic ambience with European decorations and the tall ceilings made it a unique place that you would fall in love with.

Looking through the elongated windows, flipping through their artistically designed menu, I literally felt like I was back to the era 1900s.

Started off with Madame Fu's Iberico Char Siu, the meat was tender in just the right amount of fat, glazed with a mild sweet sauce on the outside.

The Spinach and Quinoa Soup was definitely a good surprise. I have never thought of this combination would perfectly complement one another.

If you are a Vegetarian or simply looking for no meat options, Lotus Root Cake is your way to go. This non-traditional lotus root cake was placed in a bamboo steamer, the dish was originally curated for 3 pieces, the server was very thoughtful in arranging 4 pieces so each of us could enjoy our own one.

Another scrumptiously delicious dish was the Crispy Cod glazed with ginger vinegar sauce, it was far beyond my expectation, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. This beautifully-plated dish was not only Instagrammable worthy but also seriously tasty.

If you are a fan of fried rice, there is certainly no excuse to miss this Crab and Egg White Fried Rice topped with generous amount of crab roe. The fried rice were well-seasoned, and there were like tons of crab meat and crab roe in each bite, it was like heaven in my mouth.

There's nothing better to end the meal with a dessert - Peanut and Sesame Cantonese Sticky Rice Cake. This is the perfect choice for those who always struggle in between peanut and sesame rice cake. Not only the fillings were lots more than the rice cake itself comparatively, they were palatable and delightfully delicious.

No doubt that I would come over again and see if there would be more exciting and creative new items from the Chef.

同男朋友去食afternoon tea,個set真係唔好食。 得個咖啡泡芙係ok ,其實我都預咗, 我都係為咗佢個環境影相。 我網上訂咗兩點半, 我準時去到, 喺門口嘅reception 啲工作人員都幾有禮貌。 入到去坐低, 發覺大部分都係女仔,waiter 對女仔嗰啲枱就特別有禮貌, 見到靚女仲會傾多兩句, 咁其實冇乜所謂, 我都係自己影下相。 跟住四點鐘佢就叫隔離交枱, 咁我就睇下自己係咪都係食到四點(1.5小時), check 返email我係可以食兩個鐘。 咁我就坐多一陣, 跟住另外有一台埋單, 之後我就聽到個waiter大大聲同另一個waiter講: 其實仲有兩枱要交枱 , 不過你唔趕佢哋走,佢哋唔會走囉。 因為我坐嘅係 The Pink Room, 全個場得五張枱。 有一張已經 交咗枱, 另一枱已經自己走左, 仲有一枱係啱啱先到, 所以幾肯定佢講嘅嗰兩枱其中一枱係我。 我之後都埋單走,都未夠4點半。

Having booked for the Grand Cafe, the main dining room, the staff led us into this artistically designed space, which is one of the most interesting and creative decor in town I had visited. The tall windows brick walls, high timber ceiling presented a colonial atmosphere, with many contemporary Chinese arts with loud colors giving an exquisite ambiance. I like the seats very much, which are comfortable and matched perfectly with the overall tone and mood.

We ordered Calamari with Spicy Salt ($128) to start. A very good starter, the calamari is tender and not rubbery at all after deep-frying, and then mixed with the spicy salt, which got a nice garlic and cumin note but not overly spicy.

Next we had some soups, with me going for Hot and Sour Soup ($98) and my wife opting for Conch Shell, Japanese Scallops and Dendrobium Flower Soup ($158). The hot and sour soup has an intense flavor, with good blend of sour and hotness. I think the white peppery note is a bit overpowering on the initial few spoons, but afterwards it is better. The tofu, bamboo and black ear mushroom are finely shredded which is a testimony to the knife skills of the chef. Fairly good.

Upon the recommendation of Gordon, the staff serving our table, we ordered Madame Fu's Chicken with Black Truffle and Chive Sauce ($270 for half chicken). Artfully presented, the de-boned chicken are put in the middle, with a thin crispy skin and tender, well-marinated meat, surrounded by the sauces. I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of the crispy chicken, as I would imagine having such wonderful chicken from well-known traditional Cantonese restaurants instead of this modern venture. A really must-try in my opinion, and I am also fortunate as the chicken normally would require advanced order too.

The other main dish we had was Wok-fried Scallops with Baby Lotus Roots and XO Sauce ($298). The scallops are large in size, seasoned well and tasty, but the true star of the dish for me was the baby lotus roots. Similar to the asparagus in shape, they are not as crunchy as the full-size version, but with a nice tender texture. My first time eating this and quite an interesting experience.

Feeling we still got some room, we then tried out their desserts. First was Milk Tea Gateaux ($118). The plating is certainly western (it is a western dessert!), with the milk tea mousse on top of the cake rich and not overly sweet, with a light milk tea fragrance. Quite nice but I would prefer the intensity of the milk tea note to be even a bit higher to truly showcase this local delicacy.

The second dessert was Dark Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Ice-cream and Fresh Berries ($100). The chocolate cake is very rich, having made purely from chocolate and butter without adding any flour. A very rewarding and fulfilling finale to the whole meal and wraps up a great dining experience for us on the night. 

Apart from the food, the services are also nice, with the friendly Gordon came to chat with us repeatedly, both about the dishes and other topics. And in the middle of the dinner I found the music switched a bit with songs from a great voice, and only then I noticed that it was from the singer doing that live! Probably the only time I had such entertainment in a Chinese restaurant. Another unexpected, yet amazing, element. 

The bill was $1,513 which is reasonable in my opinion, considering the quality of the food, and the overall one-of-a-kind dining experience. A great place I recommend to try it out.

飲品方面,茶類有英式茶及中或茶, 咖啡及果汁,茶類算普通,下次試下飲咖啡可能會好一點。

昨天我與birthday girl 去慶生,發現當日在inside 的客人裡,一半以上人士都在慶生中。

提提大家想book pink room最好1個月前,想坐心水位置就要預早book定,在訂位時說明,這裡是打卡餐廳必選之一,姊妹們快來行動吧。

戶外嘅環境的確唔錯加埋秋高氣爽其實坐出邊反而feel更好但係由於我哋book咗3:30嘅關係所以只可以坐餐廳入面我唔明點解室內嘅地方都可以有蚊支一set $297,連加一由最底鹹點講起鹹點有四款第一個係牛油果醬餅乾上面有啲車厘茄一啖食落去其實感覺都幾清爽因為車厘茄有啲酸酸地中和左牛油果醬嘅油膩跟住就係一個黑松露醬酥皮然後係兩款蕃茄肉醬嘅食物其實三文治幾令我驚喜因為入面嘅蕃茄醬係有少少辣味所以非常開胃另外嗰款就係普通芝士番茄撻scone得一舊🤭🤭 平時食開嘅tea有2舊吾同口味呢個scone好鬆散,係中間切落去已碎開3舊Clotted cream 第一次係咁嘅質地仲有少少芝士味jam有rose味,都幾出個杯士多啤梨甜品難食😥😥😥藥水味左手邊係檸檬撻樣好吸引,但中間嘅檸檬jam甜到起痰朱古力撻底好正!好濃可可味正中嘅咖啡泡芙Brownie中有nuts 亦吾溜最出色係開心果cream牛角酥用Americano作為總結!可以一試鹹好過甜不過份量唔多

同屋企人去walk-in飲嘢,有兩個receptionist 一見人冇打招呼都算啦,我哋走嘅時候主動同佢哋say goodbye and thank you 佢哋就一味望住電腦唔理人,而且當時仲要冇客人,得我同屋企人,如果你多客話忙嘅話都可以了解,但係一間高級餐廳咁嘅customer service好唔專業

I went there for lunch with a friend, the ambience is absolutely stunning and romantic. Restaurant situated in a beautiful historical building with a beautiful view. Dim Sum are mostly in good quality and creativity of presentation can be improved will be even fantastic. The staffs are very attentive and service were out of expectation.

本身同朋友已經食到好飽所以行完大館之後,想揾個地方傾下計,飲杯野咁Lee間餐廳本身都有好多KOL打卡環境真的很不錯👍🏻好多花花草草🙈有分室外室內室外最打卡嘅位置就係一入去reception個位嘅右手邊個個陽台膊位😌而家天氣涼涼地坐室外sofa位置喺非常chill!!!好有度假感覺我已經覺得可以係度hea成日咁款不過我地揀咗室內坐室內就好舒服無論係溫度, sofa, 氣味, 裝修,都好舒適好似置身於一個花園食下午茶咁但係由於本身我地太飽嘅關係剩係叫左杯gin tonic感覺也不錯最重要係。。。如果你想揾一個好舒適嘅環境傾吓計八婆下我覺得lee個地方真係好好又有wifi🤣店員態度也很有禮貌👍🏻我見人地叫嘅afternoon tea set賣相好似唔錯下次再去會試下🤣🤣🤣

曾經在電視節目中介紹過呢間餐廳,當時覺得環境和裝潢都吸引到我注意,但價錢始終是我的考慮,末有去。適逢Hong Kong Restaurant Week有推介晚飯套餐只四百元左右,終於實際行動去了。整體成個套餐是以四川菜式為主,味道遍濃,是迎合外國人口味,對於香港人來說,有點做作。碳燒豬頸肉肥的部份少,肉質軟腍,味道中規中矩。麻辣凍豆腐,香脆素春卷,陳醋香菇這個前菜是我最欣賞的一道菜。豆腐滑溜,又麻又辣的醬汁另胃口大增。素春卷清淡,外脆內軟,香口惹味。香菇用陳醋處理過,酸酸甜甜,特別!宮保蝦球是主菜,蝦隻爽口。蝦球外層是蛋黃茸,好可惜,甜酸醬過於濃味,蓋過了蝦隻的鮮和蛋黃的味。剁椒蒸菜卷椒粒過鹹,感覺跟菜卷格格不入。熱帶雨林炒飯飯粒分明夠乾爽。味道有點似臘味飯。香芒茘枝椰汁西米撈椰汗味道過於濃郁,芒果肉跟本是可有可無,沒有層次。西米不夠熟透。整體來說只是一般,有點失望。

We love to come here with friends or family, the food is always good but I could tell service has improved, it is more efficient. Tai Kwun, the revived ex-Police Station now house many bars, restaurants & art exhibitions. It is in the heart of Central but with wide open courtyard to hang out which is very rare in HK! We enjoyed our birthday dinner especially with the entertainment by the lovely duet ladies in saxophone & keyboard/mixer singing in soul/jazz music (lovely choice of songs too), we
