We booked a table at Antonio's. On arrival, first service was running a little late but it was a wonderful experience to be served sherry as we waited patiently outside for a few minutes. The meal was well worth waiting for. The extensive menu has every Macanese delight. Octopus in rice was awesome. Lots of bacalhau choices. Great wine list, too. Then there was the Portuguese tart - sprinkled with a little cinnamon which was a first for me, but perfect. It was a wonderful evening with excellent staff who were always happy to help. Unlike gazpacho, salmorejo is thicker and creamier, with a base of ripe tomatoes and bread emulsified into a smooth texture. It was refreshing and indulgent at the same time—perfect for whetting the appetite.🦐 Seafood PaellaThe paella arrived in a wide pan, brimming with prawns, scallops, clams, and mussels nestled into saffron-infused rice.
