聽人講左呢間店好耐,大圍店地方較細,長期排隊,真係次次去到都卻步。而家開左銅鑼灣分店,大間D之外平日唔洗排隊。🍜好頭好尾 $120 💫 7.5/10有牛面肉、牛尾、牛舌,幾款肉特別係牛面肉都炆得好軟腍入味,個軟腍程度有D似煲湯牛肉咁。湯底幾濃郁,有牛香,似係老火湯。但呢個湯底偏清,個人認為配麵唔夠味。但飲落似健康養生,無添加咁。🍜海龍皇湯 $146 💫 8/10蟹肉、海蝦、魷魚、帶子、蠔,有好幾款海鮮,幾豐盛。湯底幾鮮美清甜,飲得出有用蝦殼、蝦頭去熬煮。飲完都唔會口渴,配陽春麵都幾夾。🍴泡椒鳳爪 $57 💫 7/10鳳爪帶骨,唔算好腍,偏爽口。唔算太辣,正常發揮。🍴意大利黑醋蒜香海蜇頭 $65 💫 6/10小食黎到真係好細份,唔太划算,大家叫主食就好。醬汁偏酸,海蜇頭比較散,但都爽脆。🌟總結:見咁多人推薦,可能太有期待感,食落覺得還好。唔係唔好食,但未令到我好驚艷!

店面環境舒適,最多適合六人聚餐,但兩人用餐是最佳選擇,私密感十足,讓人能在輕鬆的氛圍中享受美食。職員服務方面,態度十分有禮貌,會細心留意枱面情況,經常幫客人補水。潤牛麵湯頭溫度很熱濃郁的豬潤鮮甜味撲鼻而來,湯中加入薑絲,有效去內臟腥味,與整體口感相得益彰。麵條方面,少許粗身的質地帶來彈牙的口感,掛湯能力強,份量控制得恰到好處,會滿足到男士胃口。牛小排是另一亮點,肉味突出,肉片厚度適中,每一口都能感受到油脂的香濃,質感柔嫩而不會過於韌,入口即化。然而,鵝肝的表現稍顯不足,上菜時鵝肝口感已偏向濕淋,只有一點油香氣息,食落甚至帶有一絲臊味。若能延耐多少少提升其風味,體感定能更佳。總體而言,這碗潤牛麵以濃郁的湯頭和鮮嫩的牛小排作為主打,雖然鵝肝稍有瑕疵,但整體味道仍具吸引力,若鵝肝的處理稍作改良,這道菜將更臻完美,如有下次光臨,會傾向試其他麵食。

剛剛去完旅行,沒有機會好好進補,於是和朋友去了銅鑼灣的一間餐廳,順便交換手信。海龍王湯$146我特意來這裡就是為了這碗湯!湯底濃郁,味道非常重,喝一口就能感受到蝦殼和蝦頭的海鮮鮮甜味,裡面還有海蝦和帶子等多種海鮮。搭配彈牙的上海麵,真係好好掛湯。棉花雞$108這碗棉花雞湯就清淡多了,主要是用冬菇、魚肚、金華火腿和雞熬製的。湯色清透,魚肚特別嫩腍,吸滿了湯汁,最後把整碗湯都喝光。涼拌麻辣手工豆腐$39豆腐切得很薄,搭配熱麵,一冷一熱,口感相當有趣。不過覺得醬汁可以再多一些,這樣會更好味。

由佢大圍舖開張以嚟,一直收藏左呢間「好湯好麵」,終於有機會一試,心情少不免充滿期待!經過一輪內心掙扎下,最後揀咗蟹黃豬豬麵,一上枱已經被嗰陣濃郁嘅香氣迷住,流哂口水🥢湯底— 第一啖湯落肚,瞬間暖入心!湯非常夠熱,係嗰種燙嘴嘅程度🥵 湯表面會見到牛油 浮面 ,濃郁嘅高湯鮮甜得黎又唔會過膩,每啖湯都充滿層次,既有龍蝦牛油嘅鮮美,又帶住豬骨熬製嘅甘香,口感順滑,令人忍唔住一啖接一啖。配料—蝦子 蟹肉 豬肉片 龍蝦牛油,蟹肉肉質嫩滑,吸收湯底精華,入口即化,完全唔會乾柴。蝦子點綴左整體味道,又唔會搶哂風頭,令每一啖都更有層次感,豬肉片層次分明。加上少量蔥花提味,令湯頭更加突出。麵條—預設左係扁陽春,麵煙韌適中,冇過淋亦冇過硬,吸湯能力極高,每條麵都好好咁掛住濃郁湯底。食落爽口之餘仲帶有彈牙感,令人每啖都回味無窮。啲湯飲到一滴不剩。整體感受—一碗麵就好似一場味覺盛宴,每個細節都恰到好處。由湯底到配料再到麵條,食完麵勁滿足。如果你係愛麵之人,真心推介一定要試試!我已經開始諗緊下次要試埋咩新口味,睇下仲有冇其他驚喜!😋🍜

I came at around 430pm so there wasn't too many people. The list of choices were amazing and I decided to Fish Maw Noodles.Although the price is slightly bit expensive, it is worth the price especially taking into account the amount of toppings. The focus of this shop was definitely the soup and the toppings. The noodles are good and remained springy despite I ate them quite late as there was so much toppings. The fish maw was large though it was too slippery for me to hold with my chopsticks to take a picture. There was so much meat as well that it was like eating meat rather than noodles. The soup was rich yet you can finish it with ease.The chilled tofu was pretty and the sweetness was well controlled. I felt the osmanthus could be a bit stronger but overall a nice dessert.Looking forward to trying their other noodles.
