我係一個超級鍾意食所有撻類嘅食物 基本上每一間係香港出名食撻嘅地方我都有食過而且我每一次行過一啲買蛋撻芝士撻牛奶撻嘅地方都會忍唔住買返一個嚟食所以今次放工經過左上環呢間天樂烘焙 又見到啲芝士撻排得靚靚咁所以就忍唔住買返一個嚟食啦🤤因為其實佢都差唔多閂門所以買到嘅芝士撻都唔係好新鮮嗰隻 但係因為佢嗰個爐係可以一路keep住啲芝士撻係暖嘅 !所以都可以接受😛😛見到個芝士撻上面有啲黑色一點點 應該係用咗火槍燒咗個面頭所以就搞到咁樣 外貌上可能靚咗少少但係食落去就無乜分別通常芝士撻嘅撻皮都會係牛油皮 都好少話見到有酥皮 呢度嘅牛油皮牛油味好夠 而且佢既芝士雖然唔會係新鮮出爐但都會有少少流心效果! 食完成個撻會有少少濟 不過都值得比起其他日本嘅過江龍佢$13平好多而且質素都差唔多!😌性價比極高啊!但係比起城大嗰個芝士撻真係爭小小啦😂😂😂

因為其實佢都差唔多閂門所以買到嘅芝士撻都唔係好新鮮嗰隻 但係因為佢嗰個爐係可以一路keep住啲芝士撻係暖嘅 !所以都可以接受😛😛

見到個芝士撻上面有啲黑色一點點 應該係用咗火槍燒咗個面頭所以就搞到咁樣 外貌上可能靚咗少少但係食落去就無乜分別
通常芝士撻嘅撻皮都會係牛油皮 都好少話見到有酥皮 呢度嘅牛油皮牛油味好夠 而且佢既芝士雖然唔會係新鮮出爐但都會有少少流心效果!
食完成個撻會有少少濟 不過都值得
比起其他日本嘅過江龍佢$13平好多而且質素都差唔多!😌性價比極高啊!但係比起城大嗰個芝士撻真係爭小小啦😂😂😂

我真係覺得朝早買個飽,當你夾緊個一睇就知唔太新鮮但又想食既包既時候,一句「我畀個新鮮熱D既你」真係好窩心。其實唔係第一次,但我今朝我早左返工,好肚餓又勁病既時候,就會特別覺得世界真好!The lady made my day!Btw, 最抵食又好食既,我都係揀餐蛋包,佢面果層野加蛋同餐肉,真係好食!

I was in Sheung Wan last week buying Chinese snacks from Chan Yee Jai, and as I was walking back to the MTR station, I passed by this bakery and saw that they had coconut tarts and egg tarts in the showcase up front.  It's been a while since I've had a phyllo-based egg tart, so I decided to grab an egg tart.  I also bought some bread because it was close to closing time, and they had a buy 2 get 1 free discount for breads, but since I didn't take pictures of the bread, I'll just write about the

The shop owner was very courteous while taking my order and was very patient in answering the questions I had about a couple items.
I brought the egg tart home and had it after dinner, and I reheated it in the microwave for like 10 seconds to warm it up.

The egg tart had a flaky phyllo crust, but it lacked a butter aroma.  The egg filling was not dry even though I had nuked it, but the egg flavor was not prominent either.  The egg tart was ok, but with more bakeries opting to make egg tarts with a cookie-based crust, a phyllo-based egg tart is harder to find these days!
If I'm only judging the egg tart, this bakery would get an ok rating, but the owner was very courteous, and the price point was pretty good, so I'm going to give it a happy face!

Since i have lesson every week after work, a easy and light meal is essential for me.This sandwich is from the bakery close to my office. Local bakery outlook with baked mashed potato and pizza in the entrane. Kinda special that they also offer some bread options that local bakery doesn't offer like european bread selections.I chose a smoken chicken breast sandwich with rosemary beard.It looks small (like around mc donald bread size) but is hkd16 which is in reasonable price so i get a try. I could smell the smoke chicken breast even when i was just sitting aside of the bread. That is actually a big piece of meat cover the whole layer with a lot of veggie(mainly cucumber, tomato) but suprisingly no sauce inside
. I am a veggie lover and i love my healthy choice.

今日放工路過《天樂烘焙》,想食個蛋撻醫下肚,個賣相睇落不錯,但結果無乜驚喜。第一,個皮烘得唔夠香,第二,保溫功夫不足,摸上手只係暖暖哋,第三,蛋皇唔夠蛋香味而且偏甜,但尚算滑溜。

早晨麵包已不在,我每每經過永樂街,總是若有所失。直至看到燈再亮,新的麵包店開張了,掃走我的寂寞。我站在門前,酥皮蛋撻的香氣撲鼻而來。從前,早晨麵包店門面擺設的都是西餅。今天,取而代之的,除了蛋揵,還有薄餅。我徐徐步進店裡,發現麵包的款式沒太多改變喔!再次遇見我的最愛--藍莓忌廉芝士包。二話不說就買下了。情難自禁,很懷念那藍莓忌廉芝士的味道。然而,咬了一口,便感到失望。包質沒有以往的誘人,失去那爽脆的質感。而包餡也失去了菠蘿,好感度大減。藍莓與芝士,在這情勢下變得不太相襯。至於酥皮蛋撻,有新鮮感,也的確新鮮。薄餅,好像較多肉,可能我狼吞虎嚥,只是吃到很多肉沒什麼汁的感覺。其實,天樂烘焙的麵包不是不好吃。只是,沒有早晨麵包那麼好吃……

Had a tasting in the afternoon at the Gold Coast which meant there was no time for lunch and I did not even have breakfast that day.I was so touched (超感動) that Ivycwk got me a baked mashed potato from Sheung Wan's Tin Lok bakery and brought it all the way to TST where we were going to take the coach to the Gold Coast. I ate it before getting on the coach and it was really delicious (超好味)!!
It had some cheese, sliced ham and sweetcorn on top and the mash at the bottom was really nice and tasted like instant mash that was not too buttery.

The sauce that was mixed with the ham and sweet corn that tasted similar to Japanese mayonnaise with a hint of salad cream which had a lovely appetizing taste.
The mash was not too dry either.

There is a Tin Lok bakery in between CWB and WC which is in the middle of no-where, so it is difficult to go to that branch.

蛋撻烘焗得恰到好處,撻邊及撻底無焗燶!撻皮有牛油香味,撻身夠薄;一咬開,見到中間蛋漿份量不少,有蛋香、夠滑,亦無小氣孔!
 甜味適中,食起來好鬆化。
 酥皮蛋撻要做得好,先要條件是酥皮夠多層兼要鬆化!並非間間麵包店都食到令人滿意的酥皮蛋撻!

 而且爽口帶嚼勁!蘑菇與薯蓉是二:八比例!如果,喜歡食薯蓉的話必定大愛!

奶落得夠多,水夠熱,能帶出好立克獨特的香味!
 意想不到有茶餐廳水準!


我發覺自從 <天樂烘焙> 開業後,位於禧利街的 <禧利麵包> 很冷清!
 不論早上抑或中午,完全被前者搶生意!
