上次揾食肥華和靚媽,在灣仔波士頓餐廳鋸扒時,冇柯打該店名物之一, 火焰焗雪山給靚媽品嚐,肥華一直耿耿於懷,之後肥華從社交平台上得知此店有,類似這款火焰甜品供應肥華在3月29日就携同靚媽專誠過江,到堅離地城,品嚐此店呢個特式甜品外,更食埋晚餐。今個晚餐個主菜,美國西冷牛扒,論味道及質量都不及(波士頓)但價錢卻比佢平一大截,而肥華在此餐另加嘅前菜,煙三文魚華多夫沙律和個甜品火焰雪山梳乎厘,味道和質量都令靚媽滿意,用兩佰多元就食到有前菜,餐湯,餐茶,主食,和甜品的二人晚餐,肥華覺得OK。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

堅離地冰室名改得非常妙,令人不禁想冰室到底可以有幾堅離地?直至去到用餐便知,以西餐來講非常貼地,但以冰室黎講就堅離地,因為佢係西餐水準!但係價錢卻也非常貼地,難怪件事變到咁堅離地,堅離地居民都幾有口福~🔸新奧爾良燒春雞蝴蝶型扒燒春雞,香料香口,大件夾抵食。🔸酥皮羅宋湯呢個價錢都飲到酥皮湯,酥皮都算酥,羅宋湯也夠味。🔸脆皮德國咸豬手豬手Size適中,皮夠香脆,性價比高。🔸法式鵝肝煎牛柳配黑松露燒汁香煎牛柳上伴上鵝肝,煎得恰好,最重要價格極度抵食。🔸金莎薯條經典款扭扭薯條,配上咸蛋黃金莎,非常香口。🔸香煎雞扒凱撒沙律雞扒大大塊,皮煎至金黃,凱撒沙律大大份,抵食!另外仲有好抵飲嘅紅白酒。

中午在堅尼地城揾地方食午餐, 見網上評價很好, 性價比高, 就試一試。 两個人点了两份 set lunch, 豬扒蛋包飯也算正常, 只豬扒略細了一點, 但我的茹茸蘿勒葉海鮮炒意粉就大失所望, 不僅在另一份差不多食完要催才上, 來到時翻過底也沒找着一點海鮮, 只有洋葱跟菇片, 忍不著跟侍應反映 (雖然都有担心加了唔想加的另類料), 但真是不吐不快, 答覆是用海鮮包可能分不勻, 可以拿進去再做。 幾分鐘後再上, 滿心以為會有改善, 真是想多了, 看表面同之前那碟一樣, 沒一点海鮮, 再翻到底也只加了一隻 1cm 蝦毛, 幾隻 0.5cm 蜆肉, 這真的可以叫海鮮炒意粉嗎 😡
