好耐無食過四點金,一間曾經一諗起食潮州菜就必定去嘅一間。失望到不得不寫食評(之前從未寫過)黑雨後帶咗幾個潮州朋友仔去食,諗住叫番啲之前必點嘅蠔仔餅, 香酥鴨, 川椒雞, 戲棚粥, 方魚炒介蘭,同一個之前未試過嘅豬腳凍。可幸有個豬腳凍合格,其他食物真係差到呢... 蠔仔餅無蠔仔,似係用大蠔切碎, 煎得又唔脆,又唔煙韌,無蠔味,都唔知食咗啲乜。香酥鴨就韌啦,一啲都唔酥。川椒雞好似炒雪雞肉片咁。戲棚粥最經典,潮州友話啲米都未開,點叫潮州粥呀,個方魚炒介蘭就同烚嘅無分別,搵滴酒睇下都無,都唔好講有冇鑊氣。我話之前食過真係唔係咁差㗎,朋友問係咪轉咗廚師?一啲潮州精髓都無,真係去錯地方食錯嘢。Sorry, 各位朋友,無下次😓。Read More
