1.碗碟要自己執,轉盆上蛋糕🎂時都唔抹一抹枱面,污糟邋遢2.唔熱的紅豆沙,到底你提供的係凍/熱甜品?3.我係16 人餐,由於當場投訴佢哋頭幾款餸只上了12人份量,三催四請都未補回比我哋,之後某女職員只補償了8杯杏仁茶、差點要自己入廚房斟埋尾數 8 杯4. 整枱餐,完全無人跟進係 16人餐膳,但錢照收足 16位,出餸只係12 位整餐飯,無人跟單,通知D伙計份量不足,反而遭黑面對待,特別係個高瘦黑衫男部長。我哋嚟消費,到底做錯咗D嘜?真心,無下次 啦👎🏻

1. 入座時,服務員態度已一般,杯都要提先拎黎,感覺像要客人先畀紅包才可享有應有的服務2. 訂位前已話加錢加多份量,但上菜時沒有加大,炸鮮奶之後先再補兩條,但都唔夠數,差唔多食完先再上剩餘兩條3. 跟著蝦球又係畀少,又要再少碟細再上4. 魚翅羹肯定亦沒有加大份量,分完基本上有兩三碗都是無咩餸5. 不滿後,有位男相信係經理嘅過嚟招呼,以為會有改善或致歉,但居然同之前的服務員一樣,放低啲餸就走,同佢講嘢都無咩反應6. 呢餐15人食,由頭到尾都冇主動幫我哋換碗碟7. 最後忍不住,直接向一位相信話得事既女經理投訴,佢至好似好好咁過嚟致歉,並自動送上8細杯(但我有15人)杏仁茶,完全沒有體面總結:呢啲咁嘅服務態度,仲有邊個會黎食?畀錢仲要受氣,唔怪之得啲人要離港消費,不如業界先自我檢討

間餐廳食物味道好,擺盤靚,環境都好,但係服務態度真心有待改善。一開始叫餐上菜時態度仲OK,但係個日客都唔多,9點就我地阻佢地收工咁款,一堆同事企埋一齊傾計,大聲傾宵夜要食咩。我地淨餸都多,叫攞打包盒求其比2個,再叫先再比,等我地自己裝盒,無唸過幫手。一見我地打包好,都未叫,就直接攞張單過黎要我地埋單。幫老人家慶祝生日,結果搞到有點掃興,仲話無下次。

This is a newly opened restaurant less than 5 mins from our apartment. We have been away in the UK and China for over a month, and wanted to take our visiting son to dinner before he flies back to the UK. To be honest, the food was not bad at all, neither the interior design etc … but there was a massive customer service failing. The service attitude was exceptionally poor when we encountered an issue during the meal, creating a very bad feeling, even when we finally settled the bill, one could feel the attitude. It’s ironic that over the last two days I have been reading the SCMP articles about the “hoards” of HKers going across the border over the Xmas & New Year period. Yes, it’s cheaper across the border, but that does not matter to us. However, how one is treated in local restaurants for us does indeed matter, and maybe even more. One could not attribute the issue to linguistic misunderstanding… our half Chinese half Brit family where we both speak English and 普通话 … 廣東話聽懂少少. Lets hope this restaurant improves itself for the sake of all HKers

囍雲軒服務態度非常好,感覺受尊重,沒有走難的感覺;以往其他酒樓適逢大時節,明白分2個時段用膳時間,我樂意配合,但每次覺得自己消費買難受😣今次來到這店舖,由公關經理,到入座,職員欣切友善對待,非常舒服😌訂座2席,今次價格優惠、食物味道不錯,沒有味精、碟碟大份得體,各位親友讚不絕口👍昨日離開前,立即預約團年飯聚,公關經理友禮表示現在接受預約團年飯席。對昨晚晚宴,我見到各位親友真心滿足。感恩!職員提提我記得自備食物盒,10人食12人餐,真的吃不下☺️☺️☺️是次聚餐已一個月前預訂座,不用等候時間。也看到有客人等待用膳,這些等待的人沒有不耐煩,非常合作。真心誠意讚賞囍雲軒(奧運站)員工服務、食品質素、場地衛生、套餐價格,滿意度爆棚👍👍👏🏻
