已經不是第一次光顧，每次都維持高水準。昨天和家人來食晚飯，今次試吓火瞳翅，真係真材實料，魚翅份量十足，而且湯不太咸，整隻雞燉完之後雞肉還好嫩滑，我食個不同洒樓的火瞳翅，這裏是最好食的。另外每次必點的有椒鹽樟茶鴨，鴨沒有臊味，好好食！今次因為屋企人生日，所以預訂了壽桃，真係好大驚喜，壽桃做得好靚，好有心思。頭盆都好多選擇，一定要試！每次我都一定會點脆膳，素鵝，醉雞，水晶肴肉，烤夫！ 真係好值得去的地方食飯！

🌟 This weekend, we had a delightful family outing at The Merchants in Central, and it was an experience to remember!From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a family brunch. We were excited to try their new “Belle Époque Brunch”, featuring unlimited dim sum and dishes for two hours. At just $580 per person, it truly felt like a gourmet adventure!Jane was thrilled by the variety of dishes. We started with some refreshing cold dishes! She especially loved the tender chicken, and it was a joy to see her enjoy such authentic flavors.Next up were the dim sum. We had to try the unique Hua Diao Xiao Long Bao and Juicy Beef Pastry. The Xiao Long Bao had a perfectly thin skin, and the burst of soup inside was magical. Joyce giggled with excitement as she took her first bite of the juicy pastry! 🥟💖For the main course, we opted for the Jasmine Tea-Smoked Duck. It was incredibly tender and flavorful, making it easy to share with our little one. We also indulged in the Yunnan Salted Meat Rice, which was rich and satisfying—definitely a favorite at our table! 🍚With gorgeous views from the 44th floor and the option for free-flow Perrier Jouët Champagne, it was a perfect way to celebrate our family time. 中環全海景米芝連餐廳來講絕對超值👍👍👍第一次中午去食，已經覺環境好好，黃魚麵非常好食，雪菜同魚湯完全溶入每一條麵，昨晚約朋友去晚飯，晚上的景色與白天完全不同，真被驚艷了😍風沙雞皮是趣的、肉是嫩滑的，是難得是連雞胸肉都滑👍桂花火腿塊有淡淡桂花味夾住脆口的腐皮食真有另一番風味😋😋

「英國返嚟一個禮拜，朋友客氣訂咗呢間，從來唔知道置地四十幾樓有間咁正嘅中菜廳。前菜有25年（！）花雕醉膏蟹，勁香！「藤椒鮑魚」有創意。「花膠齊菜黃魚羹」好鮮味，我地忍唔住成盅飲哂！主菜風沙雞雞皮炸到紙咁薄。最後流沙湯丸- 未食過咁外脆內軟嘅煎堆皮。有幸見到個廚師，以為係老行尊，點知係青年才俊，厲害！」
