There was plenty of minced garlic, and it was stir-fried to perfection, with just the right level of spiciness, filling the air with the aroma of fried garlic. The crab meat was fresh and firm, and the crab shell had a bit of roe, with the fried garlic flavor permeating the entire crab.
Stir-fried Scallops with Broccoli
This side dish was stir-fried with a nice wok hei, hot and delicious. The scallops were my favorite—they were substantial, sweet, and plump. The broccoli was also crisp, with a vibrant green color, very fresh.
Pineapple Sweet and Sour Pork
The outer layer was fried to a golden crisp, while the meat was tender. The juiciness of the pineapple provided a sharp contrast. Especially the fruity aroma of the pineapple added a refreshing flavor to the dish, making it perfect with rice. 🍚
