九月份與同事們的聚會🎈 有人在社交平台上看到想試試的,但我覺得還好,反而列為避雷名單之一🤣。▶️鎮店芝麻雞 雞皮的脂肪處理得不太乾淨,不太純粹,肉質算嫩,但要看部位💁🏻♀️。▶️龍王杏汁燉白肺湯 湯還算好喝,但湯渣一般,杏仁味道很濃,如果不喜歡杏仁的朋友建議不要點這個。▶️西蘭花炒龍躉 這是我這餐中最能接受的一道,魚肉嫩滑,西蘭花炒得剛剛好,不硬也不軟。▶️鹹魚煎肉餅 個人覺得偏鹹,但煎得香氣四溢。▶️錦鹵雲吞 排名最後的一道菜,雲吞餡料少到幾乎吃不出來是雲吞,加上醬汁雜亂無章,有叉燒、魷魚、菠蘿、青椒,第一次見這樣的組合🤣。▶️黑松露蝦多士 炸得很酥脆,黑松露香氣濃郁,但偏鹹,感覺醃得比較重。▶️農家臘味炒飯 炒飯火力不足,但臘味香氣十足,提升整體味道。▶️甜品家鄉糯米糍 有花生、芝麻、紅豆三種配料,不算甜,但炸的碳水化合物類食物不太適合我🤣。September Gathering with Colleagues🎈 Someone saw these on social media and wanted to try them, but I think they’re okay—I’d put them on the caution list instead.🤣▶️ Signature Sesame Chicken The fat on the chicken skin isn’t very cleanly rendered, so it’s not very pure. The meat is quite tender, but it depends on the cut 💁🏻♀️▶️ Dragon King Apricot Juice Stewed White Lung Soup The soup is pretty good, but the broth is average. The almond flavor is strong, if you don’t like almonds, I’d suggest avoiding this.▶️ Broccoli Stir-fried with Dragon Grouper This was the most acceptable dish for me this meal. The fish is tender and smooth, and the broccoli is cooked just right—neither hard nor soft.▶️ Salted Fish Pan-fried Pork Patties Personally, I found it a bit too salty, but it’s fragrant and well-fried.▶️ Nim Lo Wonton This was the last dish on the menu. The wonton filling was so scant that you could hardly tell it was a wonton. The sauce was a mess, there was char siu, squid, pineapple, green peppers, first time seeing such a combination 🤣▶️ Black Truffle Shrimp Toast Crispy and fragrant, with a strong black truffle aroma. But it was a bit salty, probably marinated quite heavily.▶️ Farmer’s Preserved Meat Fried Rice The fried rice lacked heat, but the preserved meat’s aroma was strong, enhancing the overall flavor.▶️ Sweet DessertGlutinous Rice Balls with Peanuts, Sesame, and Red Bean.
