唐宮小聚啲點心幾有特色,除咗味道唔錯之外,賣相都好吸引。灌湯小籠包皮薄而且唔易穿,咬落去湯汁好鮮甜;蝦多士外脆內軟,蝦肉新鮮彈牙;荔枝球造型好特別,外層香脆,內餡帶少少甜味,幾有心思;鮑魚燒賣算係豪華版點心,一粒鮑魚加上燒賣,口感好豐富;黑金流沙包外觀高級,金色紋路好搶眼,流沙餡香濃順滑,幾出色。環境方面偏精緻,服務都算細心。價錢方面屬於中上,不過同朋友或者家人偶爾想食啲特別嘅點心,都係一個唔錯嘅選擇。…Read More

位於上環L Place的唐宮小聚,店內頗有雅致,地點便利。乳鴿HKD49,皮脆肉嫩,骨頭裡也滲着鹵味,撕開時油汁順着手腕流下,鴿香撲鼻,是熱門菜式,必點。肉鬆抓餅HKD59,層次分明,咬下去"嚓"地一聲,肉鬆的鹹香與餅的酥脆在口中交戰,好吃,但價格略嫌偏貴。龍躉肉煲仔飯HKD99上桌時尚滋滋作響,魚肉如蒜瓣,米粒吸足了鮮味,鍋底結着一層金黃的飯焦,很好吃。沙薑豬手HKD89,膠質豐腴,沙薑氣味竄鼻,筷子一夾便顫巍巍地抖動,但份量極少!只有大約十舊,不建議點選。桂花酒釀丸子HKD29,丸子軟糯,桂花香氣在喉間縈繞不去,味道偏甜,很普通。整體評分食物質素可以,但是份量篇精緻及價格略高,不會經常光顧。…Read More

Recommended by my companion to be spending our evening catching up at this restaurant was definitely a good choice. Their plates definitely gave a big wow factor. It was a simple white plate with few ants printed. Looking real which gave me a shock. My companion said his last time was flies, which again shocked him. Orders made via QR code. Menu serves a lot of options, both dim sum and stir fry dishes. Golden black lava bun was served first. Appropriate size with great steaming. Watch out for your first bite. Custard not only leaked from your bite but from the bottom. Soft bun with fragrant mild sweet custard oozing out. The dusted gold on top definitely stick over your lip that few wipes were needed. Mince stir fry with green beans was in good sharing portion. Perfect to be served with rice. Very savoury with wok flavour. A bit salty eating on its own. Green beans gave a nicely crunch. Iced sweet and sour pork was another star tonight. Pork was fried with right amount of batter which gave crunchy texture while well coated with the syrup. Sticky and crunchy. Love the bell peppers and pineapple alongside. Right amount of ice which didnt melt into all water making the dish watery or messy. Not bad.Deep fried bonbay fish was okay. A bit salty. Love the loaded garlic and chilli. Looks spicy but not. Bonbay fish was soft and fresh. Thin batter gave extra crispiness. Beef charsiu was a surprise. Was craving for charsiu, ending up asking for a fusion. Very beefy but tasted charsiu. Wish charred sweet meaty flavour. Tender and juicy. Roasted pigeons were their signature. Definitely freshly made and served at last. It is a must to be eaten right served. Skin was crispy while juice oozing out or literally squeezing out. Watch out your clothes! Not too meaty but flavourful. Neither oily nor overcooked. Delightful. Gloves will be charged so we didnt order but washing hands in toilet. Love there is not any time limit for dinner.
