相信這間粉麵檔都有20年店裏的裝修都係最最傳統嘅潮州粉麵,依然沒有電腦落單.反而這一種感覺會更好.店裏淨係只收現金.每次到這店都會食雲吞牛腩麵,雲吞牛腩麵依然保持水準,牛腩夠入味,雲吞有肉有蝦大細適中,最後都係會加杯檸檬可樂😋

好多時,一家人外出的簡單午餐,會是一人一碗麵。所以,當我獨自帶小孩時,會選擇去雲吞麵店架。有天,我們一家人去了大埔超級城行街,當孩子們叫肚餓了,太太就吩咐我獨個兒帶小朋友去食野。當我問小朋友們吃不吃雲吞麵時? 兩個都舉手示意叫好,我就立即看中這《周明園潮州粉麵》,簡簡單單,也簡陋地,一人一碗麵。來到潮州麵店,總會點上牛腩這東西。去到麵食店,一旦有牛腩食的話,他就會來一碗牛腩河。當我們看見方方正正,兼切成大大件=的牛腩時,心中已經湧現出喜悅的感覺。一條條的牛腩肉,每一啖都是爽口,再加上是濃香的清牛腩湯底,吃入口時,更是滿足。我點的是牛腩雲吞粗麵。同樣牛腩爽口兼味道十足。雲吞也就是充滿了大地魚香味的鮮蝦雲吞,伴以清湯腩汁來吃,更是鮮味。阿女就來一碗淨雲吞。淨雲吞就跟一個簡單的清湯。直接,無添加地,品味到鮮蝦雲吞的原味道。這雲吞夠香,蝦味同豬肉味都滿分。有時會令人覺得,食碗淨雲吞會比食雲吞麵更加之滿足。好味道,我們一行三人都食到好滿足。而這一餐,亦令小朋友們深深體會到,簡單,傳統的飲食店,往往會比裝修輝煌的食店,更來得高水準。

天氣好熱,2個人想簡單食,也唔想食飯,就去左周明園食晚飯。呢間都真係由細食到大,而且幾好食,質素亦都好穩定。要左2個粉,加一個油菜,但就無另外加飲品。(1) 牛腩米線今晚啲牛腩好好食,啖啖肉,亦炆浸得好淋,唔鞋口,好好食,湯底有少少覺得油,所以個人好鍾意加醋,可以減去一些肥膩感。(2) 魚皮鮫墨魚丸河粉2個餸都好食,魚皮鮫唔係四海個隻,皮厚身過四海,但唔會過厚,亦得包得散過四海,但係可以接受的程度,裡面的肉夠紮實,幾好食。墨魚丸就幾大粒,幾彈牙,好好食。(3)腐乳通菜味道正常,啲菜唔會太老,無渣,唯一覺得腐乳落得太多,所以覺得有啲鹽同埋油左少少。食菜個時,都會放係湯度浸走少少腐乳。由入到間舖,叫野食,到食完野,比錢走人都唔駛半小時,真係簡單方便的一餐。

依家每逢星期日間間食肆都多人到爆,見呢間粉麵店重有位唔洗排隊就入咗去幫襯,侍應姨姨安排咗我坐係勁近門口既位。款式中規中矩,魚蛋河都要 $31 蚊,咁梗係食牛腩、牛什果啲啦。牛腩河 ($32) : 牛腩好整齊咁排列係一邊,而且份量都唔少,未食就已經聞到陣陣嘅香味 🤤 牛腩肥瘦適中,食落唔韌又無渣 👍🏻 不過河粉就較為失色咗啲,唔夠薄身之餘食落重有啲實,做唔到爽軟韌筋嘅感覺,同埋杯凍檸茶只有微甜,茶味同檸檬味都欠奉。

I was having a very lazy Saturday morning and I decided to have something light for my brunch. Therefore, i went to this traditional Chinese noddles restaurant and ordered a bowl of fish ball, beef ball rice noodles. The fish ball is very delicious which is very bouncy in texture and it was not fishy at all. The shape of the fish ball was not regular yet it had the perfect taste. While for the beef ball, it was so-so. The beef ball was not springy but it was not too salty. Overall, the noodles were in a relatively small portion yet it was a very good choice for a light lunch.
