📍南亭燒雞翼真係冇得彈,外皮烤到金黃香脆,入面肉質仲好嫩,食完個口仲留住陣炭火香牛小排嘅火候控制得啱啱好,表面微焦帶住少少焦香,肉心粉紅。入口有啲咬口,但唔會韌,反而係越嚼越出味,油脂香同肉香融埋一齊,又唔會覺得滯。羊扒絕對係呢餐嘅驚喜,完全冇羶味,淨係聞到陣陣烤肉香。塊扒夠厚身,切落去好有手感,肉質緊實又帶住適當嘅嫩度,咬落去充滿肉汁飲品揀咗Suntory黑啤,泡沫細密綿滑,入口醇厚得嚟又唔會太重,微苦嘅尾韻之後帶住少少麥香回甘,配燒物,油脂嘅膩感即刻被啤酒嘅清爽中和晒。餐廳嘅氣氛好舒服,燈光係柔和嘅暖黃色,無論係同朋友傾計聚餐,定係想靜靜地小酌兩杯,都好適合。下次再嚟試吓其他款式嘅燒物,推薦比鍾意燒物嘅朋友~

環境充滿日式風情,一踏入店內就有置身日本小店嘅感覺。每道菜都充滿誠意,細節位做得足,價錢又合理💯📍關東煮木桶盛住嘅關東煮,就已經有股暖意湧上心頭啦!🍲 清澈嘅湯底透露出淡淡嘅昆布香,入面有蛋、豆皮、蘿蔔同海帶,簡單卻唔簡單。啖啖湯都係用時間熬出嚟嘅醇厚,蘿蔔軟而不爛,吸滿湯汁;溫泉蛋一撥開,蛋黃緩緩流出,同湯底結合,簡直係視覺同味覺嘅雙重享受!📍燒豆腐串豆腐上面鋪滿鰹魚花,賣相超誘人!😍 外層微脆,但一咬落去就即刻軟綿綿,豆香十足。鰹魚花隨住豆腐嘅熱氣輕輕舞動,香氣撲鼻,同豆腐嘅清香完美融合。醬汁甜中帶鹹,提升咗成個味道層次📍頂級牛小排肉質鮮嫩多汁,表面嘅燒烤痕跡令香氣更加濃郁。牛肉嘅肥瘦比例啱啱好,肥嘅部分入口即溶,瘦嘅部分又夠彈牙,絕對係肉食控嘅天堂!醬汁香甜,帶有微微嘅柚子清香

Place is nice yet dark and on the day we went, the restaurant was almost full.Therefore the waiters looked overwhelmed and we had to call them few times as they did forget some part of our order.The food itself is nice and only cook by order so you need time to enjoy as it won't come all together. While I was fine with the experience, I think it could have been nice that they provide some sets or give a discount after X skewer ordered. Also when possible they should take some notes because they forgot the pineapple wine and 2 skewers we ordered.They offered an iced mochi at the end which is always nice.The place is fine to go with friends or colleagues but expect some noise as skewers come with beers for most of them. So not the most family friendly place.I recommend the beef tongue skewer.
