今次同朋友去咗京菜 - 北京老家,呢間係灣仔合和中心,位置幾方便,菜館設計以北京「老胡同」為既念,由門口,樓梯同內𥚃裝飾都很中國風,最特別有張枱有中間養了金魚,感覺就好像在北京四合院內的魚池一樣好得意。我哋見到有超值二人套餐 ($680),有以下菜式,二人套餐份量都唔少。🥢 雙喜拼盤 1️⃣ 雞絲粉皮2️⃣ 上海烤麩兩款拼盤份量都大份,味道唔錯,很有上海小菜風味。🥢 招牌烤鴨半隻 很香脆的鴨皮,鴨肉肉質保持嫩滑又多汁,配埋熱烘烘的薄餅,青瓜條及京蔥再點醬一齊食,份外滋味。🥢 京味酸辣湯(2盅)酸酸辣辣的酸辣湯味道唔錯,又多料,好飲。🥢 糖醋魚片甜甜酸酸糖醋魚片,魚片又幼滑唔錯。🥢 熗炒手撕椰菜炒椰菜好爽脆又清甜。🥢 小籠包(2個)小籠包皮都算薄,餡料又飽滿又美味,小籠包內滿滿上湯又爆汁,好味。🥢 宮廷狀元糕 呢款比較傳統中式糕點,唔係成日有得食,用了香甜金絲棗製作,熱辣辣狀元糕超鬆軟,天然甜味無負擔又很香棗味道,喜歡吃棗的朋友值得一試!!再叫多一籠了小籠包同蔥爆羊肉已經夠食。🥢 蔥爆羊肉呢個有驚喜,炒得好香又惹味蔥爆羊肉,羊肉又沒有太大臊味,用嚟送飯好正😊。查看更多

用上當造嘅柚子🍊,配搭酥脆香口嘅桂花魚,魚肉嫩滑,配合清香酸甜嘅柚子醬汁,味道清新又開胃🐟招牌菜式⟡‧₊ 北京烤鴨 $290/半隻鴨隻經過風乾用木火慢烤,鴨皮香脆,肉質半肥瘦,油香感唔太重,配薄餅、京蔥同甜醬係經典嘅食法。鴨肉份量比薄餅多,如果想添加餅可以同服務員追加~🦆⟡‧₊拔絲咕嚕肉 $268全晚最打卡嘅菜式📸 拉絲糖漿包住肥瘦適中嘅咕嚕肉更突出當中嘅甜味。不過單吃也不錯。記得要趁熱食先有最佳口感!⟡‧₊老家醉雞 $128

最近有大同嚟香港🇭🇰探我,話說佢係🈵口流利京片子嘅北京人,我帶左佢去灣仔合和中心食家鄉菜💁🏻‍♀️「北京老家」,完全係他鄉遇故知,滿滿京味兒是也😋,大同表示非常滿意❕去到餐廳門口已經feel到陣老北京味,古色古香裝修+木製枱凳+雕刻彩畫飾物 = 滿滿古城風味🤩。食物由地道北京人發板💁🏻‍♀️,每款各有水準😋。小姐姐最欣賞佢既拔絲咕嚕肉,除左外脆內軟,加埋拔絲一齊食口感更有層次,而且賣相一流啱晒打卡📸。撞正下個月中秋🥮,餐廳出咗全人手製作既宮廷狀元糕,仲係低糖口味,夠晒健康👍🏻。中秋唔想送月餅送宮廷狀元糕一樣夠體面,大同都買咗盒做手信🫶🏻。我哋另外仲叫左:🥢老家醉雞🥢老家心靈美🥢涼拌白菜心🥢北京烤鴨 (半隻)🥢柚子桂花魚🥢拔絲咕嚕肉🥢香烤羊肉串件🥢高力豆沙🥢宮廷狀元糕查看更多

🌟 This time, we had an incredible dining experience at Beijing Old Home in the Harmony Center, Wan Chai, a restaurant specializing in handmade Beijing cuisine! 🍽️ The moment we walked in, we were transported to ancient Beijing with its stunning decor—antique-style chairs, redwood screens, and a royal color palette that truly made us feel like we were dining in a palace! 🏯Our culinary journey began with the Drunken Chicken—a dish that was not only tender but also infused with aromatic herbs and spices that made each bite a delightful experience! 🍗 Next, we savored the Soulful Beauty and Qianlong Cabbage, which was beautifully presented and tasted just as amazing—crisp and fresh, it was a perfect palate cleanser! 🥬 The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the Peking Duck. The skin was incredibly crispy, while the meat was juicy and flavorful, perfectly complemented by thin pancakes and sweet sauce.
