Visited this Chinese resto in Admiralty with colleagues for lunch..We ordered the following dishes to share:-Soyed Goose Combination (HKD308)The dish contained goose slices, pork belly, goose wings and egg, which were all well-marinated and mouthwatering.-Shredded Chicken with Jelly Fish (HKD108)The jelly fish was pleasantly chewy, and the sesame paste enhanced the taste of the shredded chicken and jelly fish.-Cucumber & Lettuce (HKD108)Soaked in vinegar and soy sauce, the cucumber and lettuce paired with jelly fish, providing an appetising sour taste.-Roasted Shredded Turnip & Ham Cake (3pcs) (HKD60)Not particularly memorable.-Seasonal Vegetables in Fish Soup (HKD168)Not particularly memorable.-Baked Egg Tart (3pcs) (HKD36)The egg custard smelled quite fragrant, and the crust was crunchy. The egg tart was slightly lukewarm though.-Steamed Shrimp Dumpling (4pcs) (HKD80)The shrimp was very fulfilling and fresh, with a thin and perfect skin.-Steamed Siu Mai with Shrimp & Dumpling (4pcs) (HKD78)The siu mai was savoury and mouthful.-Steamed Chicken Feet with Black Bean Sauce (HKD48)The chicken feet was soft with a subtle sweetness from the black bean sauce.-Steamed Minced Beef Ball (HKD48)They were tender and quite tasty.-Baked Barbecued Pork Bun with Pineapple (3pcs) (HKD48)Not particularly memorable.-Dumpling with Hot & Sour Sauce (6pcs) (HKD68)The dumpling was slightly spicy with tender and juicy meat.-Deep-fried Creamy Custard Bun (3pcs) (HKD48)With a crunchy exterior, the piping-hot bun had a sweet, milky and creamy custard interior.-Steamed Squid with Konjac & Satay Sauce (HKD68)The tangy squid was enjoyable with its elastic texture.-Pan-fried Turnip Cake (HKD48)Topped with sakura shrimp, the turnip cake was hotly-served and flavourful.-Fried Rice with Assorted Seafood & Cherry Shrimp (HKD238)The fried rice had great wok hei and umami with the fresh seafood. The rice was grainy and the cherry shrimp added more textures to the dish.-Fried Vermicelli in Singaporean Style (HKD168)The vermicelli smelled aromatic with the curry sauce, which added spiciness to the dish. The shrimp was meaty and the vermicelli was fried to a right heat.-Pan-fried Crispy Noodle in Chiuchow Style (HKD168)The noodle kinda look like a pancake, just that this had a crispy exterior. Each bite could savour its crunchiness.-Chilled Sago Cream with Mango, Pomelo & Coconut Milk (HKD38)The dessert contained quite a lot of sago, and was refreshing.-Green Bean with Water Chestnut & Gingko (HKD36)Not particularly memorable. .Located on the ground floor of Lippo Centre, the resto is quite spacious and gets really busy during lunchtime.
