八公館位於中環,佢嘅分佈係一層層既,我哋今次去咗貴賓室,有獨立廁所,環境靜而乾淨。點心都很大碟,籠仔蒸斑腩紅米飯有很香既荷葉味,啲斑腩很彈牙新鮮,表面既蒜茸為它增加了不少風味。啲燒肉肥瘦好均勻,咬落去皮脆又多汁。蛋散好香蛋味,炸得好酥脆。啲花枝餅好彈牙,好似墨魚餅咁既質地。仲有蝦餃既蝦都超級彈牙,又大粒。春卷炸得很薄脆,入面既蝦又係好彈牙。鴛鴦腸粉黑色的有欖角的味道,白色的是脆脆包住啲蝦仁,都挺好味的。腐皮卷內是齋菜,煮得非常之入味。尖椒菱魚肉偏辣,食完要食返舊奶黃千層糕解辣。奶黃千層糕有南北杏係入面,都幾有口感。燒賣好大粒,有好足料既豬肉同蝦。羅蔔糕比較粉狀,就一般。排骨多芡汁,粉絲不過不失。炸芋盒都幾好味,啲點心佢會好貼心咁幫我哋剪開,方便大家分嚟食。啲蒸籠係六角形的,茶🍵偏向淡味,服務員態度非常好。#八公館 #籠仔蒸斑腩 #點心 #六角形蒸籠 #飲茶 #午餐

星期六要返工,見中環沒平時咁多人,一於去飲茶;之前星期日跟家人來過,咁耐冇試,試試質素如何,叫咗3個點心,叉燒腸、蝦餃和灌湯餃,腸粉和蝦餃一樣皮薄餡靚,很多叉燒,蝦餃大大粒-也不錯,不過有少少咸,但也很新鮮,最後灌湯餃,湯底餡料也很好👍,下次可再來

星期六在中環,一心想帶媽媽去飲茶。預早上網搵,發覺這間酒樓好評比差評多,即管一試,但結果一肚氣! 星期六中午不算多人,只等幾分鐘就有枱。上二樓無人接待,亦不見有職員,拿著紙仔要找人問,問了遠處兩個職員才知道自己張枱在哪裡。安頓好,發覺地方衛生很一般,枱布又黃又舊有洞和線頭,仲有烏蠅仔飛來飛去…..行去洗手間的走廊及洗手間本身都是濕漉漉,行路要好小心。點了小籠包,好聲好氣問職員有沒有薑絲,完全晦氣無尾音咁話無。最嬲是填好點心紙,最後竟然落錯單! 點心明明有填「1」份有填「2」份,但全部只來一份,「1」和「2」很難分嗎? 職員話,即刻幫我蒸大約12分鐘,好吧,真係不夠食,12分鐘應該都好快。結果等了25分鐘,眼見另一位阿姐拎著點心行過來…..心諗,算,有得食都費事嘈。但原來點心是給另一枱,即時叫職員取消兼埋單。費用已計味菜小碟及加一,無俾貼士,阿姐成張單丟落枱面我面前.......==說好的禮貌運動呢?不要說香港人不支持本地消費,位處中環核心的核心,很難想像餐飲服務及態度可以如此差如此馬虎又惡劣,十分趕客,亦絕不會再有下次!

Went with friends that spoke English. At first all was OK until we wanted takeaway boxes, wanted to charge me $10 until I spoke in Cantonese and asked her before she said it was for 3 bags and a plastic bag. Then I said I only wanted one and she said $5. I asked her about it and she had an attitude telling me she worked there for a long time and it's always been that way. Called the restaurant later and another lady apologise but am still very appalled. Never going again. Don't recommend if you don't speak Cantonese.

For an exceptional dim sum experience, this restaurant in the heart of the city is a must-visit. While the prices may be on the higher side, averaging $180-200 per person, the quality of the dishes more than justifies the cost.One standout item is the deep-fried octopus tail, which is both generously sized and exceptionally delicious. While the menu may seem overwhelming, the staff are knowledgeable and happy to provide recommendations.Despite the high price tag, this dim sum restaurant is well worth a visit for those seeking an exceptional and authentic dining experience. The quality of the food is undeniable, and the attention to detail is evident in every dish.
