元気寿司 (荷里活廣場)

Yesterday, I went to Genki Sushi for a gathering with my friends. It serves delicious Japanese food like sushi, udon and more. This branch is located in Hollywood Plaza in Diamond Hill.As I walked into the restaurant, a friendly waiter gave us a warm welcome and took us to a table. After we were seated, he explained how the trains transport food to us. We were not familiar with the restaurant so we asked a lot of questions but the waiter was attentive and answered all of them. Throughout the whole meal, the service was efficient as the explanation made the whole experience less complicated.The food was authentic! The beef udon smelled so good that I couldn't resist taking a bite right away. It was chewy and bouncy. The steamed egg with crab meat made my heart melt while the grilled crab meat sushi was flavourful. The roes on the salmon roe sushi was made with fresh ingredients and the egg sushi was worth every bite. It was food I'll die for!While the menu was a little pricey, I highly recommend Genki Sushi for friend gatherings. Their service and food were both superb. 自己係住呢度附近，而且經常都好晏先收工，返到屋企都冇乜特別嘢食，所以都會碰吓運氣睇吓呢一度會唔會好多人排隊，如果冇乜人排隊就會入去食，因為佢有好多自閉位，所以一個人食都唔會尷尬。但係值得留意嘅係呢一間嘢成日都會有好多飛排緊隊，但實質上又唔係真係等好耐，經常其實都會有二三十張飛喺前面等緊，如果大家有會員，記得嚟之前撳一撳掣拎咗飛先。自己嗌呢一個壽司一定係會嗌三文魚，包括花之戀同埋普通三文魚，兩隻都好好食。而自己再要私心推介嘅係蟹膏系列，包括一個蟹肉蟹膏同埋甜蝦蟹膏，兩個都非常之出色，蟹膏非常之好食，一定要叫。…查看更多
