諗住好耐沒有品嚐香港特色雲吞麵,所以就去咗何洪記去食,一間米芝蓮餐廳,價錢比一般貴,但竟然服務很差,明明有好多沒有人坐的位置,雖然是一個人,但都要搭枱,我問現在沒有那麼多人可以自己坐一張枱嗎?竟然是不可以的,用這個價錢食碗雲吞麵,真的很普通,我諗下次唔會再來!

25年到香港的第一餐选了何洪记,更多是冲着米其林名气去的,加上本人从小喜欢吃云吞,所以期待非常高。结果去了店里点了招牌云吞面、干炒牛河和及第粥,实话说,味道大大低于预期
干炒牛河就是平平无奇,和街边小店没啥区别。最令人失望的是云吞,小小一碗,云吞个头是挺大,但里面的馅吃起来腥味很重,不是很能接受。及第粥,里面的肉都是没肉味,粥太稠,店里服务约等于没有
