Simple & delicious… from this little homely restaurant in Tin Hau, offering yummy Shandong dumplings 🥟 #山東餃子 . The menu is quite extensive with various dumplings and dishes. Today we only managed to try a few dishes due to limited diners 😌… 1) Claypot Wonton chicken soup 砂鍋雲吞雞煲 $118. The portion is very generous, huge wonton and delicious too. Good deal 👍🏻 2) Shandong Jajiang Mian (noodles with minced pork and vegetable condiments) 山東炸醬麵 $48. Noodles were al dente, tasty, not too salty, love it!

Been craving for some house-made dumplings for a while so ordered this pork and fish dumplings immediately when i saw it on delivery app (they are also  available on another delivery app FYI ).  The fish ones were sold out so i ended up just getting the pork ones. I think the flavor is quite nice and it's the traditional Shangdong style (ie thicker and chewer wrapper comparing to the premade ones). I think I will check out the fish ones later yea means there will be a revisit! 事緣剛剛美國回港 住了係電氣道118間酒店 ，剛巧想搵間中菜食下 點知發現佢有小炒又有餃子食 都有菜飯配小菜咁 我最愛番茄炒蛋菜飯同宮保蝦仁跟菜飯 評價係佢地外賣都可以好熱辣辣咁出來同埋份量同價錢成正比 而且食得出個廚係用心煮出來的 佢地出名既其實係餃子 60蚊左右 有10粒 大粒又多肉 我本人食到第六粒都飽到上心口 但佢又真係好食既 認真咁講 係咁既時勢 要有性價比又用心煮既鋪頭 個種堅持都好直得尊敬 所以我今次留個食評 支持下佢。 （sorry, 我無影底相、因為我每次都一番到去就食先😂）

點佐回鍋肉飯同煎餃子，回鍋肉飯都唔錯，幾野味，但煎餃未熟，侍應幚手再煎過，再煎過又要等多陣，冇期待咁好食，皮好厚，麻麻地。😅另外lunch 繁忙時間，坐得都幾逼，要預咗搭枱。

星期六係天后原本諗住食某間日本野，點知無開門，意外發現左呢間「京香餃」，除左餃子，其他菜式都一樣出色!山東白菜鮮肉水餃麵 🥬🍜$48呢間餐廳出名係佢既餃子，當然要試試佢，水餃面有5大粒水餃，餃子皮係有厚度果款，但唔會過厚，餡料亦好多，食落真係似以前係大陸食嗰種餃子咁，可惜個湯麵較清淡，下次都係叫淨水餃😬山東羊肉熗湯麵 🐐🍜$48個湯底一睇到係深啡色就知係堅料🥘，有好濃郁既羊味😍連裡面d菜都入哂味，而且羊肉份量算好足，中意食羊肉既人一定要試! 🤤醬豬手 🐷$52一黎到見到d豬手疊到山咁高🗻，以為下面係有青瓜絲墊底，點知係無既，個份量真係咁大碟💯‼️仲要係厚切，每一塊都充滿骨膠原👼🏻個汁類似係薑蔥豉油，如果可以再多啲汁，再加埋生蒜伴碟，簡直係無得彈阿🤩

我地屋企好鍾意食餃子成日喺出面買啲凍餃子返嚟自己煮所以今次好期待聽阿妹講佢呢間嘢好出名我入去買餃子嘅時候佢話畀我聽韭菜飯冇貨要即刻包我聽到都有啲愕然冇所謂啦出去買下嘢再返去見到佢餃子皮係自己壓嘅心入面諗都幾pro喎可惜佢個韭菜餃個皮勁厚又冇韭菜味本身諗住畀差評試埋個白菜餃非常普通好似冇乜味咁樣個皮依然係好厚但係都好食過個韮菜餃心諗以後都唔會再嗌呢間嘢但係羊肉餃真係有驚喜皮薄餡靚搞到我都拗曬頭個餡剁得夠細緻所有餃子個餡都係咁
