今晚去了食辣嘢🌶️九龍坎麻辣火鍋九龍坎宮廷式環境,有漢服試穿。宮廷式享受。我同朋友要咗一個顏色萬分艷麗的四菌子,稍後會再講。鴛鴦鍋(麻辣鍋/酸菜鍋)麻辣鍋香辣撲鼻,刺激味蕾;酸菜鍋則清新爽口,適合搭配各種食材。熟羊肉串 羊肉串的肉質鮮嫩,經過炭火烤制後,外焦內嫩霸王牛肉 -肉厚而紮實,煮後多汁且味道濃郁。鮮花四菌子 -金耳、竹笙、繡球菌和黑皮樅菌,這四種菌菇新鮮可口,特別是竹笙,口感脆爽,為火鍋增添了不少風味。金耳就第一次食,食落去十分飽肚。但係佢襯托好多鮮花💐,超級靚😍魚片(酸菜魚)-魚片嫩滑,與酸菜的酸味結合得宜雞腎-雞腎的口感獨特,煮後吸收了湯底的香辣味新鮮時蔬-新鮮的時蔬為火鍋帶來了清新的口感,平衡了麻辣的刺激,十分重要。薯仔絲- 特別的薯仔絲。看似粉絲,其實是薯仔🥔☺️仲有個甜品:御用糖心茲(有黑糖漿)😍Tonight I Went for Spicy Food 🌶️The restaurant has a palace-style environment in Kowloon Kam, with options to try on traditional Hanfu. Yin Yang Hotpot (Spicy Hotpot / Sauerkraut Hotpot)
The spicy hotpot has a fragrant and spicy aroma that stimulates the taste buds, while the sauerkraut hotpot is fresh and refreshing, perfect for pairing with various ingredients.
Cooked Lamb Skewers
The lamb skewers have tender meat, and after being grilled over charcoal, they are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
霸王牛肉 (King Beef)
- The beef is thick and substantial, remaining juicy and rich in flavor after cooking.
Fresh Flower Four Mushrooms
- This dish features golden fungus, bamboo fungus, hydnum, and black fungus. These four types of mushrooms are fresh and delicious, especially the bamboo fungus, which has a crunchy texture that adds a lot of flavor to the hotpot. The golden fungus was my first time trying it, and it was very filling. It was beautifully presented with many flowers 💐, super pretty! 😍
Fish Slices (Sauerkraut Fish)
- The fish slices are tender and pair well with the sourness of the sauerkraut.
Chicken Kidneys
- The chicken kidneys have a unique texture and absorb the spicy flavor of the broth when cooked.
Fresh Seasonal Vegetables
- The fresh seasonal vegetables provide a refreshing taste that balances the spiciness of the hotpot, which is very important.
Potato Shreds
- Special potato shreds. They look like vermicelli but are actually made from potatoes 🥔☺️.
Dessert: Imperial Sugar Heart Zai (with brown sugar syrup)😍
