記得之前食過銅鑼灣店已經對佢地印象相當唔錯原來佢地係西營盤有第2分店隔左一排係唔同分店水準依舊高質見到佢地仲有清酒放題.’ .’雖然心郁郁但第2日要返工高留返下次weekend戰一戰壽司刺身盛一共有3款刺身。2款壽司。同1款卷物全部都好新鮮而且甘甜我自己最愛係帆立貝質感飽滿彈牙 入口又好滑嫩卷物同樣有驚喜 內裏蝦刺身好鮮甜火炙左口魚邊壽司充滿魚油甘香嘅左口魚邊壽司左口魚入口即溶感再加上香脆紫菜整個味道同口感都完美雞軟骨串脆卜卜 鹹香惹味芝麻雞翼炸得香脆唔會油膩雞翼上灑上芝麻令口感更脆口雞翼內裏好juicy鹽燒牛舌心厚切厚切牛舌芯口感爽彈入口唔會韌 燒得啱啱好充滿濃厚牛脂香氣豚肉芫茜卷芫茜控必點豚肉包住大量芫茜口感爽脆 充滿芫茜香氣自家製免治雞肉棒免治雞肉棒帶有有粒粒軟骨 入口脆卜卜配上月見玉子汁 香甜惹味甲羅燒 大推嘅甲羅燒平時食到嘅甲羅燒可能都係配梳打餅但九鬼就配上烘厚身多士 外脆內鬆軟甲羅燒上加配一隻生蛋黃 令質感更濃稠同香滑厚多士好快索晒甲羅燒嘅精華同蛋汁冷日本素麵食完咁多串燒當然要食返碗冷素麵素麵配上海膽及大量蟹子素麵彈牙又滑溜 整個感覺好清爽 繼續閱讀

這間居酒屋不是在熱鬧的市區,而是位於行人少往來的住它區。店內佈置簡潔,牆身掛了很多日式圖畫。這晚一行3人路經便去嚐嚐串燒和刺身。吞拿魚赤身和甜蝦刺身:材料新鮮,魚肉鮮美,蝦肉鮮甜,令人回味。串燒雞腎,雞肝:味道不太鹹,外皮香脆,配以柚子胡椒,令食物的味道提升。燒雞翼:是全晚我最喜歡的一道菜,雞翼外皮燒到金黃,恰到好處,肉質嫰滑多汁,食後使人回味無窮。自製免治雞肉棒:雞肉幼滑,配以醬汁和蛋黃,真是絕配。我們還試了燒羊架、茶碗蒸、加州卷和炒野菜,味道不俗。如果約朋友來聚會傾計,這間店鋪不失是一個好選擇。 繼續閱讀

Right at the corner of my previous workplace in Sai Ying Pun, we spotted a low-profile izakaya called Kuki. The restaurant has not only counter seats, table seats but also an al fresco area inside.This probably would never happen in Japan. A glass of highball with so little ice, and the ratio of whisky was not low either!◆赤身 Akami◆甘エビ Sweet Shrimp◆カリフォルニアロール California RollPicked the lean akami and jammy amaebi as appetizer. California roll - absolutely a maki layered with different textures that both kids and adults would love.◆砂肝 Chicken Gizzard ◆レバー Chicken Liver◆手羽中 Chicken Wing◆月見つくね Minced Chicken w/ Egg Yolk◆ラムチョップChicken wing was a standout which was served piping hot with crispy skin and juicy meat. The tsukune was soft and fluffy. Liver was about medium well which preserved its moisture. Lamb chop was still pinkish with a tender texture and a good amount of fat content.◆茶碗蒸し Steamed Egg Custard Japanese staple. Steaming hot. Smooth egg mixture which was delicately flavored, with gingko, mushroom, chicken and crab stick inside. ◆野菜炒め Stir-fried VegetablesFreshly fried.
