I am not a big fan of Japanese cuisine but lately I could barely find a Japanese restaurant that keeps their quality especially after the hit of sewage release in Japan. Suggested by my friend today trying out this Japanese restaurant which always crowded during lunch and dinner time, we went for a very late lunch. As it was pretty late for lunch, restaurant was empty. Staff still very welcoming and willing to serve politely. Orders made via QR code. Menu serves loads of options. Images indeed appetising. We ordered a bow of grilled beef ramen, grilled eggplant, ox- tongue, prawn tempura and fried chicken cartilage. As it was an open kitchen design, you could tell they prepared the food fresh. Grilled beef ramen was first served. Smelly incredibly nice. Broth was very savoury despite with a layer of oil, it made you drool. Love they served a right balance texture of ramen. Kept slightly tough but soft enough to absorb the broth. Beef was in thin slice which well seasoned with black peppers. The half soft boiled egg was cooked perfectly. Creamy and lightly marinated. Spring onions were also topped which gave some herbyness on every bite. Ox tongue was cooked beautifully. It was a nice cut too. Neither too tough nor hard. Grilled to perfection. By drizzling some lemon juice, the acidity lifted its meatiness. Absolutely loving it. You could tell they mastered the tempura technique just by its appearance. Light yellow transparent batter with literally no oil absorbed by the parchment paper. Prawns were served clean and neat. Batter was just right with crispiness and lightly salted. Dipping with the turnip mashed source, it became a light bite. Fried chicken cartilage was again unexpectedly well executed. Again drizzled with lemon juice, the greasy taste literally like rinsed away. Crunchy with a slight chew. Batter again seasoned well. Salty and tangy. Perfect to pair with a draft of beer. Grilled eggplant was definitely my favourite among all. It was loaded with bonito flakes. Tried to cut into pieces of easy serving. It was so soft that very easy for sharing. Once bite, it melted in your mouth. Literally became a paste. Smooth and moist. With the marinate of mirin, garlic and teriyaki sauce, it was incredible savoury and umami. Love it so badly. Combining with the woody earthy flavour from the bonito flakes, it's an elevation of a simple ingredient, aubergine. Absolutely amazing and a master piece. Never underestimate a single vegetable! All in all, it was a surprise! Good deal with such cooking technique. Highly recommend and will definitely come back to try their roast meat and rice set. P.s Highly appreciate staff being so helpful that gave advice on food choice and reminders. In addition with kept refilling tea while it's during her lunch break. Thank you for the service and experience!

今日來到北角英皇道附近做完野,比我發現到一間位於港運城地下的日式拉麵居酒屋「三代目」,天氣漸漸變涼,食番碗拉就最好不過!店內環境以紅黑色為主,採用開放式廚房設計,客人可以看到制作拉麵、串燒等,甚有日式風味。他們更設有一台日式清酒機,以清酒放題形式,可一次過任飲9種清酒,配上各種小食真係一流!佃煮小女子核桃核桃子經炸酥後,甘醇的醬油非常入味,仍保持了柔軟多汁,酥脆爽口,真是不錯的開胃小食!粉嫩吞拿魚/火炙帶子(一口壽司飯)一口壽司飯加入了鮮嫩吞拿魚蓉和微微火炙嫩滑帶子,入口鮮美嫩滑,真的讓人一口一件地品嚐。和風炸雞🐥經過油炸後呈現出酥脆的外皮包著嫩滑的雞肉,配上沙律醬,更顯美味。鰻魚雙霸(白燒&蒲燒)🐟鰻魚雙霸中有齊2款不同料理方法的鰻魚,白燒鰻魚以清淡調味料烹調,口感嫩滑,肉質鮮美;而蒲燒鰻魚則以甜燒醬烹調,所以鰻魚表面較有光澤,而且嫩滑多汁,一道鰻魚雙霸就食齊2款口味,真不錯!辛燒豚梅肉拉麵🍜今回主打的拉麵選了辛燒豚梅肉,先嚐其微微辛辣的沙底,點點香辣,有種刺激口感,而豚梅肉肥瘦適中,油脂感恰到好處,口感順滑,再有軟硬剛剛好的彈牙拉麵,確令人一食愛上。可惜當日要駕車,未能飲用放題清酒機,下次一定輕輕鬆鬆來到歎下!

早幾日朋友話要好掛住港島區北角嘅”三代目”,於是就預早book 定位去食晚餐。簡潔嘅門面,充滿日本嘅味道。餐廳內有Open kitchen,可以見到廚師準備食物,食得安心有預先book 位,安排了卡位,坐得好舒服見到有2人 Shabu Shabu 餐,仲有推廣價,真係好抵食1. 味噌甲羅燒($98) 上次嚟過食,今次同朋友來encore,非常多蟹膏,好Creamy,一樣咁好食。完全自己DIY,準備自己喜愛嘅份量,有得食又有得玩,確係必食推介。2. 牛之拼盤($118)一共有3樣食材,包括:牛舌、一口牛、牛肉蘆筍。串燒調味啱啱好,可以保留牛嘅鮮味。牛舌大大塊,蘆筍新鮮香脆,一口牛入口啖啖juicy。3. 鮮海膽($68)、火焰牛(配醬漬山葵莖)($48)。海膽有三大片,入口溶化,鮮味回甘,超正火焰牛表面輕輕用燒過,帶出牛肉香味,與山葵莖配合得天衣無縫4. 吉列牡蠣($75) 外皮炸得鬆脆,內裡蠔肉夠juicy,入口完全無油膩感覺5. 海之天婦羅($118)有蝦、墨魚、黑松露帶子、鲷魚片、紫蘇葉。食天婦羅好怕食入口時滿口油淋淋的感覺。依份海之天婦羅就炸得好脆口,外面薄薄嘅脆漿,又一推介嘅食物整體來講,餐廳環境舒適,食物水準高上,價錢實惠,值得一試再試。

嘩,今日我要同大家分享一間位於北角嘅餐廳,名叫「三代目」。佢哋嘅套餐真係好吸引人,特別適合鍾意享受日本料理嘅朋友!我地今日叫嘅係三代目二人前套餐,首先介紹一下前菜三點盛。裡面有日式麻辣筍絲,鹽麴枝豆同核桃。麻辣筍絲嘅味道鮮辣開胃,筍絲爽脆,配上微微的辣椒味道,真係好開胃!鹽麴枝豆同核桃都係非常傳統嘅日本小食,鹽麴枝豆帶有淡淡嘅鹹味同埋香氣,核桃則帶有濃郁嘅堅果味道。三款小食一齊食落去,絕對係一個美味嘅開始!接著,我要介紹一下香蔥吞拿魚卷。呢個菜式真係好特別,吞拿魚卷卷得好緊實,口感鮮嫩,外面再加上蔥花,味道更加香濃。一咬落去,魚肉嘅鮮美同埋蔥香嘅味道完美結合,令人嘴唇生津!然後,我地嚟到嘅係天婦羅拼盤,裡面有生蠔天婦羅、南瓜天婦羅同埋茄子天婦羅。天婦羅炸得金黃酥脆,每一款都有獨特嘅風味。生蠔天婦羅鮮嫩多汁,南瓜天婦羅香甜軟綿,而茄子天婦羅則有咬勁同埋淡淡嘅甜味。三款天婦羅一齊食落去,提供咗豐富嘅口感同味道。最後,我要介紹一下燒物拼盤。裡面有柚子蜜燒雞翼同燒海蝦串。柚子蜜燒雞翼燒得香脆多汁,外層帶有柚子蜜嘅甜味同埋微微嘅酸味,非常開胃。燒海蝦串則有新鮮嘅海蝦,燒得剛剛好,肉質鮮美。兩款燒物一齊上桌,絕對係肉食愛好者嘅最愛!最後,我地叫嘅壽喜燒牛肉鍋。牛肉鍋裡面有嫩嫩嘅牛肉片同埋新鮮嘅蔬菜,湯底鮮美濃郁,令人食得好開心。將牛肉片放入湯底煮熟,牛肉嘅鮮甜味道會融入湯中,每一口都好滿足。總括而言,「三代目」係一間不容錯過嘅日本料理餐廳。佢哋嘅套餐內容豐富,每一款菜式都帶有獨特嘅風味同口感。無論係前菜三點盛、香蔥吞拿魚卷、天婦羅拼盤,定係燒物拼盤同壽喜燒牛肉鍋,每一款都帶嚟嘅驚喜同美味。如果你鍾意日本料理,記得嚟到呢度試吓啦!

進駐北角已一段時間,終於抽到時間和兩老去試試!避開了午膳時間,接近兩點才入坐,看見也有8成滿座,應該幾深受在附近上班的人士歡迎。午市套餐有不少選擇,包飲品。極上刺身丼($188) 有吞拿魚蓉、醬漬蠔、帶子、蟹籽;配沙律、味噌湯。份量合理,刺身新鮮,蠔亦見飽滿,如刺身份量再多一點更好。雙色鰻魚丼定食($118) 配沙律、味噌湯和茶碗蒸。一半原味鰻魚,一半醬燒,燒得香口入味,不會過鹹過甜,口感煙韌,味道不錯!海老天婦羅丼定食($128)有炸蝦、炸南瓜、炸蛋、炸矮瓜,同樣配沙律、味噌湯和茶碗蒸,因為怕吃不完,所以走飯。天婦羅即炸香脆,欣賞炸漿不厚,南瓜好甜!如果炸物份量多一點更好! 午市定食包飲品,分點點了檸檬薑蜜、蘋果汁和荔枝薏米茶,和其他日式餐廳的飲品,這裏更加有誠意。
