【一粥麵】係日常用餐嘅好選擇，今晚我就試咗佢哋嘅「鱈魚球肉丸粉絲雜菜煲」配白飯，加埋沙參玉竹湯，一共$68。呢個粉絲煲配料都幾足，有數粒鱈魚球、肉丸、粉絲、娃娃菜、甘筍等，湯底味道清中帶甜，唔油膩，適合想食得清淡啲嘅朋友。肉丸偏瘦，魚球軟熟，粉絲吸晒湯汁好入味。白飯係常規份量，無特別之處。反而沙參玉竹湯就有驚喜，湯底夠濃，飲落潤喉暖胃，真係有少少補氣滋陰嘅感覺。雖然一粥麵係連鎖店，但出品有穩定水準。今晚感覺好飽肚，而且唔重口味，適合忙碌日子想快快食返餐暖飯嘅你。價錢以港鐵站附近商場計，尚算合理。
