推介指數 Recommendation Level : 🔥🔥🔥這間餐廳提供兩種風格截然不同的菜式，其中一種是日式與西式混合的意粉，還有其他較為西式風格的和食。而另一種即是較為嚮往的日式火鍋，餐廳於年前剛開業的時候，曾經成為市場上的熱話，而且吸引不少人排隊光顧，但現時熱潮已經減卻。所講吸引顧客的，正視小熊造型的日式火鍋，配上了新鮮的肉類及蔬菜，絕對適合喜歡拍照的食客。This restaurant offers two distinctly different culinary styles. One features a fusion of Japanese and Western-style pasta, alongside other more Western-inspired Japanese dishes. The other option is the more sought-after Japanese hot pot, which garnered significant attention when the restaurant first opened a year ago, drawing large crowds. However, the initial excitement has since diminished. The hot pot, shaped like a bear and accompanied by fresh meat and vegetables, is undoubtedly appealing to photo enthusiasts.壽喜燒湯底Sukiyaki soup韓國辣泡菜湯底Korean Spicy Soup餐廳提供多款不同味道的湯底供客人選擇，四次選擇了壽喜燒湯底及韓國辣泡菜湯底，兩款都各有特色。上枱的時候小熊就坐在湯底的中間，樣子十分趣緻，本來以為小熊是由冰凍的湯所製造，但原來小熊是啫哩狀的高湯，會隨著溫度慢慢融化，令湯底變得更加濃稠。壽喜燒湯底非常清甜，配搭肉類增加了不少鮮味。另一邊相辣湯底已酸辣為主調，而且辣味不算太重，給人開胃的感覺。The restaurant provides a variety of soup bases for customers to choose from. On four different occasions, I selected the Sukiyaki broth and the Korean Spicy Kimchi broth, both of which are unique in their own right. When served, the bear sits charmingly in the center of the broth, making for a delightful presentation. Initially, I assumed the bear was made from frozen broth, but it is actually a gelatinous stock that gradually melts with heat, thickening the broth further. The Sukiyaki broth is notably sweet, enhancing the umami flavor of the meats. In contrast, the spicy broth features a tangy and spicy profile that isn't overwhelmingly hot, providing an appetizing kick.特選雜錦盛合 ($238)Special Menkoi Set美國安格斯牛小排 ($178)US Angus Short Ribs配料方面可以按不同的價錢或個人的喜好選擇，雜錦盛合顧名思義將所有不同特色的肉類混雜一起，包括牛肉、豬肉及雞肉，還有肉丸，最適合喜歡不同口味的人士。安格斯牛小排非常新鮮，而且肥瘦適中，厚度也不會太薄，所以牛味也十分濃郁Customers can choose ingredients based on varying prices or personal preferences. The assorted platter, as its name suggests, combines various specialty meats, including beef, pork, and chicken, along with meatballs—ideal for those who enjoy diverse flavors. The Angus beef short rib is exceptionally fresh, with a balanced fat-to-meat ratio and a thickness that contributes to its robust flavor.烏冬及蔬菜盒Udon & Vegetable Box每個套餐都備有蔬菜籃及烏冬，蔬菜非常新鮮而且款式十分多，配搭每樣湯底都非常適合，烏冬味道可以接受，不過不算非常爽口彈牙Each set meal comes with a vegetable basket and udon noodles. The vegetables are very fresh and diverse, complementing each soup base well. 星期日一行6人中午12點幾入去, 明明舖頭無乜客大把位, 四眼男侍應話6個人無位。 因為2個小朋友好想食, 我地照入去坐但分1張4人枱1張2人枱。點餐要求最少要點3個火鍋, 再問都係咁講, 話叫唔到只好坐餐廳出面food court。 侍應態度好差, 唔想一肚氣食飯, 只好起身走。

係openrice 睇食評服務超級差都考慮左一晚去唔去打卡好😂因為係附近所以是但啦都去試下啦 無理由未去判中午12點去到 一個人都無 循例都問下營業未無耐就開始有人黎 主要都係家長帶埋小朋友黎🤭我地叫左一人餐+邊爐料豆乳湯底+美國安格斯牛小排BearBear好得意呀❤️❤️❤️地點方便太古城中心Food Carnival 裡面食物正常 服務無乜野 無特別好與唔好くまちゃん温泉 (太古)太古太古城道18號太古城中心2樓255號舖

聖誕節跟囡囡去了吃🧸熊bear bear火鍋做聖誕大餐，話家餐廳是來自北海道，我們進去時，還是日本人招待，囡囡看到🧸熊bear bear火火鍋超級開心，我們選了泡菜湯底及壽喜燒湯底，那隻🧸熊bear bear就是湯底來了，而我們點了海鮮餐及雞肉餐，每個餐還附送蔬菜盤，除了火鍋外，還有熊bear bear甜品，我們點了把飛球芭菲及刨冰，樣子真的很可愛，影了很多相片！餐廳還很貼心有🧸熊bear bear 包裝濕紙巾及圍裙，而且每消費$100就係一個金幣可以夾公仔，小朋友還會額外附送兩個金幣！有得玩有得食過了一個很快樂的聖誕節！🎄🌟

太古收工揾野食，經過幾個餐廳路過類似全日式的美食廣場，見到人哋食緊打卡一流出鏡的小熊溫泉火鍋。 可惜就係地址比較偏僻，本身經過才發現。 环境：在太古城2樓類似美食日式廣場店裏面，位置比較隱蔽。 服务：唔收加一服務費。 樓面男同事熱情介紹，有西餐或者火鍋，不過入座的都是選擇火鍋，因為食物打卡一流。滿足少女心。 口味：我哋選擇牛小排，新鮮夠嫩。 除了主菜的牛肉，還有其他菜品選擇， 最吸引的應該是刨冰。都是小熊坐在刨冰裏面，認真可愛。抹茶味推薦。
