正宗潮州菜館潮廳由擁有數間米芝蓮星級餐廳的麗新飲食管理公司打造,堅持出品最正宗及地道的潮州味道。菜式以傳統地道的潮州菜為主,由講究工夫的大菜、地道家常菜,以至創新的潮式點心都一應俱全。潮廳行政總廚張林波先生,來自潮州普寧,擁有30多年烹調潮州菜經驗,擅長使用當地新鮮食材,加上熟練的烹調手藝,將潮州菜式的精髓發揮得淋漓盡致。選茶方面亦絕不馬夫,潮廳選用上品單松茶,具獨特的花香果味,沖泡清香持久,潤喉回甘。
潮廳中環旗艦設有較大用餐空間,及四個精美包廂,適合商務宴客及親友聚會。潮廳中環更添置潮式「明檔」,將每日新鮮食材呈現出來,食客可以自選當日新鮮食材。
