Responsibilities:

- Lead network team to ensure an efficient, stable and secure network service for hospital

- Provide technical expertise in network administration, troubleshooting, security set up, implementation and maintenance of the hospital’s infrastructure

- Manage firewalls, routers, switches and messaging system

- Ensure compliance to governance policies, processes and standards

- Conduct performance monitoring and system health check

- Manage incident of network issues, prepare incident reports, escalate to relevant parties promptly and follow through the case incidents

Job Requirements

- Degree holder of Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent

- Minimum 10 solid years’ experience in administering core router / switches

- Strong background in networking infrastructure and network traffic analysis tools

- Solid experience in networking product like Cisco, Fortigate, CheckPoint and WLAN network equipment configuration and administration

- Good knowledge in layer 2 & 3 protocols including TCP/IP, RSTP, VLAN, OSPF and RIP

- Knowledge in Security product such as EDR will be advantages

- Certificate holder of Cisco CCNP or CCIE is preferred

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
