E-Commerce Assistant

We are looking for a right candidate to help us developing Hong Kong market through our own eShop. 

• Major responsible for the content update (listing) of products at our own e-shop and marketplace.
• Manage own website's e-commerce platforms, including product listing, promotions, pricing update, inventory planning & order fulfillment
• Manage customer relationship and handle customers' enquiries /complaints
• Responsible for driving sales on all E-Commerce Platforms (Shopify, Facebook, Instagram, Carosell, Price.com, Shopee and other online platforms)
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required

• Degree holder in e-Commerce, Marketing or other business-related preferable
• 1-2 years experience in e-Commerce, Marketplace or online marketing implementation
• Good communication skills, very comfortable with numbers, enjoy qualitative problem-solving and multitasking
• Out-going, self-motivated, aggressive, detail-minded and able to work independently
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, Chinese Word Processing
• Experience in selling on Shopee, Lazada, Q10 or other e-commerce business is an advantage
• Knowledge in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram
• Knowledge on Shopify is definitely an advantage
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Fresh Grade also welcome
