Marriot recently had a summer promotion and their Tomahawk had a discount, costing around 1600 for 2. (compared to the original price 1900). Service was superb.Besides their regular dessert, we can try their other Summer desserts.We also ordered a Banana Soda as it was not common and it sounded quite "summery". However, despite the banana puree, the drink lacked the banana or pineapple flavor it featured. Luckily, this was the only mild disappointment of the whole meal and everything went uphill

Flint,位於金鐘JW Marriott,美式餐廳酒吧模式,簡約時尚裝潢;在tripadvisor評分很高,甚得旅客歡心.每次Restaurant Week均好快爆滿,也許推出的座位本來就有限.我們預訂了閒日午後二人枱,抵達時午膳客人已剩下不多,餐廳顯得有點寧靜.選菜後,服務生先奉上暖和的麵包,鬆軟細緻口感,很好的開始.Beginning-{Spanish Octopus} - piperade,espelette pepper,sour dough croûtonsPiperade是巴斯克料理,將洋蔥,青椒跟蕃茄炒後,以espelette pepper辣椒粉調味,這𥚃是熬煑成湯伴以章鱼,章鱼烹調得腬軟入味,清湯雅淡,與泡軟的麵包粒十分協調,而盛菜的瓦碗造型美麗,賞心稅目,整個菜式我很是欣賞.{Lobster Bisque} +$50朋友的龍蝦湯滿滿一大碗,色凙鮮明,質感濃稠,面頭的鮮忌廉令湯汁更見滑溜,味道融合,她如斯評價.Main-{10oz "Jack's Creek" Grass Fed Sirloin} +$80

Restaurant week 又回到這個飲食之城之時, 驚訝地在參與的食肆名單之上看到FLINT的大名! 再看看午市的菜單, HK$198+10% 三道菜, 內容幾乎就似為我而設, 吸引得不得了! 本擬訂FLINT的週末午餐好好享受, 不過好東西秒速之內就被訂滿了; 訂平日嗎, 從公司過來卻是有點遠。七上八下地想了幾天, 連平日的午餐也滿席了! 頓足, 卻又是無可奈何。不過世事總是奇妙的。今天早上心血來潮打開Restaurant week 的網站八卦, 忽然見到FLINT的訂位狀態由"fully booked"變成了"few seats", 趕緊一看, 原來多出了兩個位。緊下接下「訂位」的按鈕, 再找同事相陪是也。(真心想多謝放棄了的那一位, 多謝你有按「取消」而不是no show!)會如此緊張, 是因為即使是在restaurant week 我們可以以相對優惠的價錢去試一家食肆, 但餐廳所定下的菜單卻不一定適合自己。像FLINT 這一份如此得我心的, 更是罕見。Beginning -FLINT’S crudo / Caesar Salad / Lobster BisqueMains
