今日同朋友去太子食火鍋,間餐廳主打海鮮,啲海鮮好新鮮,而且價錢合理。 我哋叫咗個「刺身拼盤」,入面有齊三文魚、吞拿魚、甜蝦、帆立貝。啲刺身好新鮮,切得好薄,口感唔錯。 我哋仲叫咗隻瀨尿蝦。隻瀨尿蝦好大隻,肉質好鮮甜。 我哋又叫咗隻肉蟹。隻肉蟹好肥美,蟹膏都係好甘香。 最後,我哋叫咗個「貝殼三寶」,入面有蟶子、蜆、扇貝。 啲貝殼好新鮮,肉質好鮮甜。

間餐廳裝修好有特色,好似去咗酒樓咁。 我哋叫咗個「肉蟹海皇粥底」。個粥底好正,用咗好多海鮮煲,有蝦、蜆、魷魚、魚等等。啲粥好綿滑,海鮮味好濃郁。 我哋仲叫咗啲海鮮,有肉蟹、大蝦、蟶子、扇貝、鮑魚等等。 啲海鮮好新鮮,肉蟹好大隻,膏好滿。大蝦好彈牙,蟶子好鮮甜。扇貝好大隻,鮑魚好爽口。
