CUT SANDO SOUND BAR is a harmonious place for everyone to gather around with impressive sando and quality draft beers. The menu isn’t large, but it renewed timely for seasonal fillings. Beef brisket sando $108 A combo of juicy brisket with sweet and tangy barbecue sauce against the crunch of cabbage. All the sando are served in bite-sized and you will never get into a mess!!

New contemporary Japanese restaurant created by the Ex-Chef Shun Sato of Ho Lee Fook, Belon and Armani / Aqua fame. It is a popular spot in the Central dining scene and you can barely get a seat through walk-in. CENSU is not an izakaya, the menu focused on the quality of food and the dish presentation. The section are sashimi, savory, fried, grill, grain, dessert. Overall, the food are above average and the Oyster and Wagyu Steak are worth for a try!!

There are three choice of set lunch: Omakase, Nigiri Sushi and Deluxe Sashimi. The above set is the Nigiri Sushi Platter (10kinds). Each set include salad and steamed egg custard as appetizer, main and dessert. Overall, the sushi course is good served in order. However, there are room for the chef to improve the seasoning for some sashimi to enhance the taste of sashimi, especially the kinki after the sanma.

CARBS is softly opened at the hidden-alley in H Code. Despite the small space with few bar tables for seating, CARBS has done the great job in creating the modern and upbeat ambience. As its name suggest, the counter served high carbs food, including the signature detroit-style pizza. Girls, don’t count the carbs in pizza as you will just fall in love with the thick crispy and chewy crust plus the well sauced base. Moreover, don’t miss out their homemade dipping sauce: garlic butter, hot honey, sweet chili ranch, spicy creamy vodka, cheddar cheese, they paired well with the dough or the sides tater tots/curly fries🤤.

Maru De Sankaku is an Osaka-based ramen brand, focusing on the Madai (真鯛) broth soup. Madai is an iconic Japanese fish, known for its beautiful, coppery-red color. Maru De Sankaku serve three styles of ramen only: clear fish broth, cappuccino foam broth and in form of Tsukemen paired with creamy white fish broth. Short menu but limited bowls are served daily, thus, try go queuing in the afternoon and have a sip on the umami of the fragrant fish broth.

If you’re a huge fan of matcha, you must not miss out matchali, where you can find innovative drink recipes, such as matcha colada, Starburst Matcha, or Watermelon Passionfruit Matcha.

Vietnamese Pizza $98 Made from the base of crispy rice paper instead of dough, covered in braised short rib, sriracha mayo, fried shallot, peanut, pickles and vietnamese herbs. Look simple, but the drizzle of mayonnaise and sriracha sauce have boight out the wonderful sweet and spicy flavors. Cha Ca Hanoi $208 This is the iconic dish of Hanoi, feauturing the tumeric white solr fillet, tossed with red onion, peanut and dills, and served with vermicelli noodles. The fish is perfectly grilled and the taste is appetizing with the combination of sweet, sour and umami.

打過幾次book即日dinner都full, 終於今日book到位。去到餐廳都係坐滿人，餐廳裝修簡約配柔和黃光，環境舒服。 餐廳係主打手工意粉，好多枱都有叫招牌海膽意粉。不過由於個日想試埋個risotto，所以試左第二款pasta。 北海道魷魚配莎莎 $118 魷魚既份量都算多，配蕃茄粒加黑醋，酸酸甜甜幾開胃。 白松露野生大蘑菇 巴拿馬火腿意大利飯 $178 意大利飯煮得偏硬，野菌味道較濃香，遮蓋左白松露既柔香。 可能直接將白松露切片放面會較好。 澳洲和牛面頰肉扁麵 $228 和牛面頰炆得好嫩同軟腍，手工tagliatelle 配合番茄醬汁煮，一啲都唔會太乾身之餘，麵既質感都保留到彈性。不過味道方面較為單一 只可以話正常發揮。

如果係中環 想舒舒服服又平平哋食啲好嘢 咁我會介紹Pici （不過就要行遠少少😂) 平日3 Course Lunch Set都只係$158(免加一）而且選擇多, 餐廳又會定時轉Menu Starters 賣相同味道都較為普通 啲三文魚唔太新鮮 Main就叫左Pappardelle, Pici 嘅手工意粉永遠都唔會令你失望 夠彈口 Dessert 之前食過Panna Cotta覺得整體偏甜 所以今次簡左Tiramisu 都幾滿意 啲cream好滑 一大杯嘅Tiramisu食到哂可可粉，咖啡，同少少冧酒既味道 整體尼講 佢哋個lunch set係非常抵食 份量夠 味道滿意 而且環境又舒適

I used to go for the drinks in Blue Supreme at night ~ This is my first time come for their weekend brunch. I ordered the Waygu Skirt Steak and Eggs ($258), the steak is served perfectly in medium-rare with two pieces of nicely pan-fried eggs, and some tater tots as side. It is a satisfying simple brunch you should not miss!!
