There are three choice of set lunch: Omakase, Nigiri Sushi and Deluxe Sashimi. The above set is the Nigiri Sushi Platter (10kinds). Each set include salad and steamed egg custard as appetizer, main and dessert. Overall, the sushi course is good served in order. However, there are room for the chef to improve the seasoning for some sashimi to enhance the taste of sashimi, especially the kinki after the sanma.

Maru De Sankaku is an Osaka-based ramen brand, focusing on the Madai (真鯛) broth soup. Madai is an iconic Japanese fish, known for its beautiful, coppery-red color. A modest bar locating at the corner of Tung Street in Sheung Wan, offering wide range of craft beers and quality american dishes. I used to go for the drinks in Blue Supreme at night ~ This is my first time come for their weekend brunch. I ordered the Waygu Skirt Steak and Eggs ($258), the steak is served perfectly in medium-rare with two pieces of nicely pan-fried eggs, and some tater tots as side. It is a satisfying simple brunch you should not miss!!
