Finally, i was persuaded to give it a try. There is only one choice and it’s the shrimp noodle. Whether it tastes good or not, you have to come to visit the restaurant and try it for yourself. At the end of the day, taste is really very personal. I must admit I love little coffee shops and they give you nice surprises. It’s not my first time and I’d always remember the taste, wanting to go back. It’s always tempting to visit the restaurant again and verify the food reviews and photos. Thankfully, the dishes have not deteriorated but have improved and became more modern. Many restaurants began to create fusion dishes, but in the end the traditional taste of Chinese cuisine was lost. I believe that if you bring business guests and associates to this restaurant, they will be very pleasantly impressed and will miss these dishes. 朋友有心，新年前一齊聚一聚選擇了食他們的午市套餐。當然有很多不同菜式可以選擇而份量亦都相當十足。 Friends were thoughtful enough that we got together before Chinese New Year and chose to have their set lunch. There are many different dishes to choose from and the portions are quite generous. 食物上碟都算精緻，味道相當不錯，就算小丑亦都不太油膩。由於我們忙於傾偈，服務員亦相當細心取回食物，當我們食到差不多便上下一道菜。 The presentation was quite exquisite, taste is to my liking and not too oily even for stir fry dishes. Since we were busy chatting, the waiter took the food back very attentively. 很久沒有吃這間餐廳一嚟到當然叫返個潮州兩麵黃食吓啦！雖然好多人都話兩麵黃可以喺屋企做到但我都很喜歡百樂潮州這道菜。傳統的兩麵黃/糖醋麵是用鴨蛋麵去處理，在家的食譜一般可能是用全蛋麵取代。很可惜的是這味菜式最後的結果只是一般，相片又忘記了拍攝。 我們也叫了一個香酥鴨，但味道有一點奇怪。 It’s been a long time since I’ve eaten at this restaurant. Of course, first thing I ordered upon arrival is the double sided pan fry noodle. Although many people say that it can be cooked at home, I really like double sided pan fry noodle or some call it the sugar and vinegar pan fry noodle. The traditional double sided yellow/sweet and sour noodles are made with duck egg noodles. Most home recipes, whole egg noodles may be used instead. It's a pity that the dish turned out to be less than average I even I forgot to take the photo. We also ordered an aromatic crispy duck, but the taste was a bit strange. 到目前為止透過OpenRice 程式網上訂座的服務到現時都也未確認。安排入座的服務員態度惡劣，眼看餐廳僅僅只有三位樓面服務的員工。現在我明白為什麼沒有太多食客。 So far, the online reservation service through the OpenRice program has not been confirmed as of yet. The waiter who arranged the table had extremely poor attitude. From what I could see there were only had three floor service employees in the restaurant. 一個月內第二次再回到這間餐廳。味道比上一次好，依然偏狼，但沒有上一次鹹味那麼重。這次用了他們的午市套餐，最遺憾的是不可以點不同的款式，只能夠每一個人都吃同一款的點心。點了午市套餐再加他們最注目的荔枝造型點心。是套餐，的確抵食。份量十足的同事也可以試多不同點心。 Back again to this restaurant for the second time in a month. The taste is better than last time, still on the very strong and tasteful, but not as salty as last time. 一家有趣的中餐廳，據說廚師來自福臨門。有一些形狀和外觀特別的精美點心可供選擇。氣氛明亮而現代，從天花板到地板都有光線充足的窗戶。飯店設有面向維多利亞港的私人客房及路台，每間客房均設有自己的洗手間。硬件的配套做得不錯，軟件剩餘服務的質素有待改進。 An interesting Chinese restaurant, it is said that the chef came from Fook Lam Mun. There are some fancy dim sum selections in various shapes and presentation. Atmosphere is bright and contemporary with well light windows from ceiling to the floor. There are private rooms available over looking the Victoria and each room has its own bathroom. The location, ambiance and view overall is well laid out but service have space for improvement. 整體來說味道很偏向濃味。有些點心可以按件點，所以如果你有個4 人，你可以添加 1 件，這樣每個人都有自己的一份。 The taste in general is very savoury. Some dim sum can be ordered by pieces so if you have more than 4 people, you can add 1 piece so each person has their share. 其中一道菜有點奇特，那就是和牛牛肉冰淇淋。它是冷凍的但有嚼勁。味道不太像冰淇淋。 The one dish that’s a bit peculiar is the Wagyu Beef ice-cream.
