On April 13th, after almost six years, I returned to Macau and dined at this restaurant. Last time, shortly after having afternoon tea, I could hardly eat anything, but I had a delicious memory, so I sought redemption this time. I ordered chorizo, steamed clams in wine, grilled sardines, and seafood stew.The cuisine didn't quite live up to expectations. Perhaps part of the reason was that the air conditioning was too strong, causing the meal to cool quickly and lose its appeal. The presentation of the chorizo, seared in a pig-shaped container, was intriguing. Overall, the dishes were overcooked, and the seafood was difficult to chew.
