𖤐ˊ˗上网看到这两间面包店挺出名,BAMU在附近,Goat就需要走30分钟才到,位置挺偏僻,应该是新开分店,不用排队,室内不大,装潢简单,面包很精致!只能外卖,但附近没地方可以享用。。゚・𖥸──────-ˋˏ 𝓜𝓮𝓷𝓾 ˎˊ-──────𖥸 。゚・✎. 奶酪花杯子 MOP38卖相一流,外型巨大,两个人分享就刚好,以羊角包配流心芝士酱,外皮包裹著诱人焦糖。外层酥脆,入口芝士味浓,馅料澎湃到爆浆,所以会吃得挺狼狈!

呢间之前社交平台热爆嘅bakery今次去左高士德分店 唔使排队好多款都齐 样样都劲吸引劲想食🤤特别系个d花杯子 不过劲大件 实在太饱🥲所以今次只系试左日本兰王葡挞 ($12)好酥脆 色泽偏橙 真系用兰王蛋有蛋香 同埋唔系好甜 值得一试下次一定要食花杯子!😠

试左Goat Bakers嘅兰王酥皮葡挞酥皮好多层又好重牛油香,佢哋用咗兰王嘅鸡蛋。觉得酥皮很好吃,馅就传统的比较好食。唔饮咖啡嘅我,尝试咗青苹果咖啡TONIC,我就麻麻地了🙈不过老公好似话OK 正常本身净系试呢两样,不过离开澳门之前又心心念念好想试奶酪花杯子(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)因为实在太多人推。所以最后都买咗一只原味奶酪花杯子,外带返屋企!! 当晚都太饱食唔落,放咗喺雪柜。第二日用气炸180度4分钟翻热! 天呀(。・ω・。)好好味丫!酥皮一如既往嘅出色,奶酪浓厚而不腻,唔会太甜太咸,底下部分有蛋糕定唔知面包质地。好正呀喂!下次再食(*¯︶¯*)

I tried their signature cheese flower cup this time, there was only one left when I was there!! We were so lucky!!! It turned out to be as big as my fist🥹🥹The cheese inside was so smooth and it was soft centered!! So be careful if you are eating it right away! Tho it wasn’t straight out from the oven when I bought it, the skin was still crispy! Their egg tart were made with 兰王eggs from Japan, we were so full when we get there, what a pity😭so we just tried the cheese flower cup. But I will definitely come back next time to try out their egg tart next time😫
