Nduja Cream Orecchiette 貓耳朵粉嘅口感超級彈牙！！！每一粒都充滿嚼勁，咬落去Q彈得來帶有微微嘅韌性，食到停唔到😂。Spicy Nduja Cream Sauce係這道菜嘅靈魂，辣度適中，帶有濃郁嘅肉香同creamy質感，醬汁黏性十足，完美包裹住每粒貓耳朵粉，入口時味道層次分明，濃而不膩，超級addictive！Parmigiano Reggiano芝士香為整道菜加分，撒上嘅芝士碎融化喺醬汁入面，增添一絲鹹香同絲滑口感，sooooo yum！食完好滿足，絕對值得encore
Grilled Chicken Salad + Bagel ($148 + $30)
The chicken had a familiar chargrilled flavor, a bit like Tamjai’s bandit wings, but came out slightly overcooked. The bagel was crispy outside, softer inside, though lighter on chewiness than expected. I’ve heard their sourdough is a star, so I’ll try that next time.
The Dirty was smooth, but I expected more distinct layers—maybe my hopes were high, or some prefer it this way! The Caffè Mocha was a balanced, comforting classic. Brewed’s Papua New Guinea and Uganda beans bring nutty aroma—might try a hand-brewed option next.
