Not a lot of food options in Elements, thought that my wife and I would give this restaurant a try. First of all, the portions of the food is on the smaller portion side given the price is not cheap. The food quality is not Vietnamese, somehow it felt it was cooked like its Cantonese style food. Service was alright. We were not served until we asked. Finally understand why there is not many people in the sitting… but it was too late…
