泰COOL (翩匯坊)

The location of the restaurant is unbeatable. It is right on the waterfront. Ordered 生菜包， pad Thai and 炭燒魷魚. The first two were quite good and the portions were generous. However the service was very far from satisfactory. In fact I think the waiters need to take a course in Waitoring 101.

等左1/2 hour for the squid. Asked the waiter and he said 整緊, another 15 min. We then asked another waiter and he brought us our bill 😡

Asked the first waiter again. We complained that we chased twice and there was no response. He said 巳經追左佢地，then waited another 10. I chased again and he said 攞緊出嚟

When it was brought to our table it was clear it was not 炭燒and the waiter did not even offer a word of apology.

Never.again
