This was my first time dining at this restaurant, and only after searching did I discover they have opened many branches. They insist on traditional handmade knife-cut noodles, which are freshly sliced upon order. The noodles vary in thickness but are chewy and elastic with a good bite.
In addition to the classic soup noodle set, they also offer cold tossed knife-cut noodles, allowing you to enjoy authentic knife-cut noodles year-round.
Personally, I think the side dishes other than the noodles are quite ordinary; whether to order them depends on personal preference.
The prices are affordable, ranging from about $30 to $65 HKD, making it very budget-friendly.
