由中學開始愛上嘅雲桂香米線到到而家都依然未到不變,最鍾意佢嘅小窩湯底,加上好多唔同嘅配菜口感非常豐富! 🤭因為佢個湯底已經夠吸引,配菜通常都唔會揀好多,平時會選擇蘿蔔或者螺旋藻今日試吓雞絲,補充下蛋白質,手絲得好碎嘅雞絲仲增加整體嘅口感,雞絲冇醃過,但湯底已經好夠味。Since I fell in love with Yun Gui Xiang rice noodles in high school, my affection for them has remained unchanged. The finely shredded chicken enhances the overall texture, and although it's not marinated, the broth is already flavorful enough.
