本人於11月9日晚上前往 貴餐廳用膳，等候入座期間發現帶位安排混亂，未有妥善處理預約及現場客人次序，導致長時間輪候及在場顧客鼓譟，嚴重影響用餐體驗。期望 貴餐廳能檢視及改善入座流程，並加強員工培訓。
