今年的生日饭也是在农历年中, 选择来了WHISK食套餐, 简易一点但也不简单,当晚大概三成满吧, 内部好像没有太大改变, 枱与枱之间空间甚多, 保留多一点私隐空间给客人, 面包篮, 牛油及Amuse Bouche 先上, 开胃小食是两个类似手卷的薄脆外筒内部唧一堆应该是日式腌鳕鱼籽, 味道非常咸鲜, 第一道菜: Red Prawn Crudo (MSC) Cauliflower Mousse Shellfish Jelly 红虾味道没有整只食那么震撼, 外观用鱼籽酱盒盛载, 还刻意地做了两只精致迷你螃蟹脆片, 啫喱则是蚬介类的精华,  Fukuoka Ebisu Oyster (MSC) Finger Lime, Dill Mignonette, Radish一只卖相精美的日本熊本蚝, 第一次接触手指青柠, 原来系咁嘅味道!Rougie Roasted Duck Foie Gras Porcini Sauce, Preserved Fuji Apple一道味觉配搭上不会出错的甜酸加上鸭油香气, 煎的鸭肝表现出功架!(海鲜类)Crispy Scale Amadai Bouillabaisse, Saffron Rouille立鳞马头虽然只是一小件, 但也可以理解为最厚肉的位置, 鱼肉似慢煮过, 鱼鳞的炸色只是淡白色, 醮的汁则是丰富鱼鲜味, Grilled Hokkaido Scallop Smoked Caviar, Butter Sauce 另一个海产菜式, 又一个外观摆碟吸睛而且北海道带子肉够厚, 可以慢慢品尝(主菜)Half Roasted Yellow Chicken for 2 Black Truffle, Genmai 10 Grain Rice, Smoked Chicken Sauce精致嘅烧鸡, 肉质系少少爽身低脂弹牙, 无论系胸或者脾都入味刚好, 玄米饭就比较多油, 怕食油的可能要预先讲声”少油”!(甜品)Baba Au “Whisky” Preserved Granny Smith Apple, Vanilla Chantilly听就听得多第一次食, 几特别的浸酒蛋糕, Petit Four 系 Cannele 呢个真系做得好好, 完全表现到这种小食蛋糕嘅特质 Read More
