今次朋友带咗我嚟尖沙咀一间落地玻璃,并且睇到维港景色的餐厅 🌆。一入到去,我就被呢个景色震撼到哇咗一声 😍。我哋好彩订到位,仲要系窗边嘅位,可以一边食饭,一边欣赏靓景 🌊。等到晚上8点,《幻彩咏香江》嘅灯光秀开始,成个维港变成咗光影嘅海洋,真系令人叹为观止 ✨。同朋友倾下计,实为人生一大乐事 ❤️。今次我同朋友就拣咗每人食3 courses的套餐,侍应同我哋讲呢个系全新餐牌。2 Courses HK$528 | 3 Courses HK$618 | 4 Courses HK$738| COMPLIMENTARY BREAD |Grissini 面包脆条🥖Sourdough 酸种面包Focaccia意大利香草面包(配橄榄油黑醋)| PASTA E RISOTTO |🥘 海鲜意大利饭海鲜好新鲜,用了大虾、青口、蛤蜊同埋墨鱼。而意大利饭煮得恰到好处,吸收了海鲜的精华,令人回味无穷。🦞 龙虾青柠意大利扁面 +$88每一啖都能尝到龙虾的鲜美,搭配清新的青柠,味道层次丰富,面条口感Q弹。| MAIN COURSE |🥩 300g 澳洲肉眼牛扒伴红酒汁+$188牛扒煎至金黄,肉质鲜嫩多汁,加上红酒汁为牛扒增添了一份独特的风味。🐗 油封乳猪配杏桃果泥及千层红薯伴椰菜花及烧肉汁乳猪皮脆肉嫩,油封的烹调方法将乳猪的鲜味完全锁住。搭配杏桃果泥,甜中带酸,为乳猪增添了一份清新的风味。千层红薯和椰菜花及烧肉汁的搭配更是让人眼前一亮,整道菜层次分明,味道丰富。| DESSERT |🍰 意大利芝士蛋糕(开心果)+$38这道Tiramisu是开心果迷的天堂,侍应用车仔把每样食材推出来,然后在我们面前把每样材料加进去,之后食落都特别滋味。芝士蛋糕底好细腻,铺了一层开心果酱在上面,再加上可可粉和开心果碎,食落有淡淡的酒香和丰厚的开心果味,是我吃过最好味的Tiramisu之一。🥠 西西里芝士开心果卷心脆饼外层酥脆,内里芝士香浓得如同熔岩一般流动,开心果碎的点缀增添了一份香脆的口感,令人幸福感油然而生。| DRINKS |🍊 Rosettio - Ketel One Vodka, Ratafia Rossi & Orange $138🫚 Tuscon Fizz - Lyre’s Italian Spritz, Sage, Vanilla, Ginger Beer $98 继续阅读

🎅🏼圣诞节梗系要食返个圣诞大餐啦,呢一间🌊Vista🌊可以望到维港两岸既靓景,真系chill爆啊😍因为圣诞嘅关系,佢会有个特别嘅Menu,我哋就拣咗🎄Festive Menu $738/ 4Courses🎄头盘:🫔手撕猪肉意大利包 :佢个手撕猪肉系几香同惹味嘅另外加入咗啲炸葱,不过个包就有啲逊色😩,好似餐包咁甜甜地冇咩特别🤷🏻‍♀️🥩意式生牛肉他他 +$50 :牛肉他他要额外加钱,味道唔错,有牛味之余又冇乜腥味👍🏻,加咗橄榄油同醋再配埋脆片一齐食口感一流🤤面食:🥘海鲜意大利饭 :饭同意粉嘅份量都系比较少,佢既饭偏湿,唔够干同硬身😩,个汁有啲淡,不过海鲜方面都叫新鲜,但系都系冇乜腌制过,都系偏淡😩🦞龙虾青柠意大利扁面 +$88 :至于龙虾方面,肉质鲜嫩,爽口弹牙,味道都够😋,意粉软硬度适中,蕃茄酱都几浓郁,唔错👍🏻🐷油封乳猪配杏桃果泥及松露新薯伴椰菜花及烧肉汁 :至于呢份乳猪值得一赞嘅就系佢嘅肉汁丰富,肉质较厚,肉味都浓郁😍,面层嘅脆皮烧至焦香,另外再配埋烧肉汁味道更加升华😋🐟烤比目鱼柳配鳀鱼蕃茄酱及西西里炖菜 :另外呢一款比目鱼就正常冇咩特别,其实佢哋每一份嘅份量都比较较少,可能要另外再配配菜先啱啱好😩🍰意大利芝士蛋糕经典味 +$38 :最后甜品方面其实佢两款都要额外加钱,甜品比我想像中失望😩,呢一款芝士蛋糕虽然佢会喺里面前新鲜制作,不过本身呢一款蛋糕应有嘅咖啡味同埋酒香味佢系冇嘅,底层嘅蛋糕都系腍身😩😩🍰意大利传统圣诞蛋糕配云呢拿雪糕朱古力汁 +$68 :另外最后呢款蛋糕更加失望,佢嘅卖相已经冇咩特别,仲要额外加多$70😩,蛋糕食落系比出边嘅口感特别,佢有松软感,不过整体味道都系较淡同埋普通,冇惊喜🤷🏻‍♀️🍹0% Paloma $98 :嘢饮方面呢一杯系西柚特饮,佢另外加咗梳打,味道系唔错嘅,饮落都开胃😆🍹Tuscan Fizz $98 :不过另外呢一款就偏甜,味道就一般,佢系姜啤为主另外加入云呢拿香料 继续阅读

嗌咗 $ 700多𠮶个tasting menh,包一个头盘,意粉,主菜同甜品~⬇ ️头盘:海鲜汤同红虾海鲜汤料比较多,汤少咗啲。汤味偏龙虾同蕃茄味。非常浓厚但口感好爽,唔会容易饱。红虾有一种淡甜嘅回味~同汤一样,味道浓厚但绝对唔会饱意粉/饭:龙虾粉同海鲜饭龙虾粉入面加咗酸橙所以口感好清爽而且回味有啲酸涩。好推介呢个龙虾粉,食完唔会觉得撑反而想食多啲海鲜饭同龙虾粉比唔到。味道比较普通,芝士味有啲太重,盖过咗海鲜味。一般般,冇乜特别,觉得喺另一间餐厅都食到。食完已经饱晒主菜:烤鸡同乳猪猪好好食!外脆内软,肉好耐嚼。猪味香,根本唔想点酱。好推介呢个~鸡比较干爽,食几口就要饮口水。味道唔错,鸡味十足嘅同时带上咗木炭味。甜品:朱古力泡同榛子提拉米苏提拉米苏好大一碗!同我块面一样咁大。Hazelnut 味十足^_^好像返去再食一碗…朱古力泡芙麻麻地,唔建议。 继续阅读
