Went for dinner. They first put us on a table with one long sofa seat that I had to share with other diners. Whenever someone sitting on the sofa moved, I moved. It felt like being seasick on a boat. Already -10 points. Dunno why some Chinese waiters insisted on speaking in English. Managed to switch to a standalone table. Ordered 2 pastas (linguine with sea urchin and some Sicilian pasta with red prawns), turbot fish and Aveyron baby lamb. Pasta was ok; the Sicilian pasta might be a bit too al

想去TOSCA好耐了,帶媽去岩哂本身因為遲BOOK, 所以話冇窗口位,然後去到又安排到了~ LOL 開心其實102樓, 係真心幾高幾靚, 而香港夜景從來都很美餐包同餐前小食之類通常都沒什麼特別, 當然好多餐廳的包好好食, 但呢間唔係呢個凍頭盤唔錯, 入面有魚子醬我好中意, 但媽唔中意其實除左D包,前菜同主菜係好有水準的呢個, 印象中好似係羊肉, 好好味的呢個和牛係超好味呢個都好好味 最後, 簡單一支真康乃馨同SUGARFINA朱古力就令客人好開心 LOL都唔知話RITZ CARLTON 細心定話我易滿足

Treated myself and the folks for a birthday lunch at this Michelin-starred restaurant. The chef is a Sicilian and of course we ordered all seafood dishes . We were first showcase a cart of olive oil ranging from light to strong flavor! I was so impressed. Indeed a 5-star hotel. Then, we are served with an amouse-bouche before our 4-course lunch. This freshly baked sourdough was so gd🥰 great texture with a crusty exterior and fluffy inside. There’s a few kind of exclusive olive oil for you to choose from! I chose the lightest one with delicate truffle aroma💯 perfect way to start my lunch👍🏻

/Ricotta cream cannoli with candied fruits and chocolate sorbet/
Another colourful dish! Made me so happy just by looking at its plating! Def a piece of artwork🥰 the cannoli was so flaky that’s why it’s suggested to use your hand to eat it rather than cutting it into smaller pieces (put aside all those table manners for that moment 🤣) love the ricotta cream inside not heavy at all. Adding pistachio and candied yuzu made the dessert taste even better👌🏻

/Traditional tiramisu with coffee granite/
This tiramisu beats those from pici🤣 the surface was filled with shredded chocolate. This made the taste stronger and better texture as well when comparing to cocoa powder. Not to mention the mascarpone cheese was so smooth and light. Not too sweet. Love how they paired this tiramisu with the espresso shaved ice. Strike a perfect balance between sweetness and bitterness☕️

Finally come to the last item!!!! Even the petit four impressed me💕end the meal with 3 bite-size dessert: black sesame chocolate, pistachio puff, lemon cake. All of them were light and exquisite.

基本上,除咗價錢係比較貴之外,差唔多$1000 per head 啦,其實佢嘅性價比係好高!
服務好,食物質素高,環境靜,周邊就算有國語人,佢哋嘅素質都比較高唔會大聲講嘢,食得舒服 😌

最後最後,提一提,餐茶 ~記得,唔好真係要茶!!! 因為佢啲茶雖然話係用茶葉嚟泡,但係唔知點解都係好淡!
強烈建議飲返咖啡 ☕️

The day that I visited the restaurant, the weather was everything. The sky was so clear and bright. Which made the restaurant super bright and the mood very happy too.

The service is BOMB. We got a little late but then they didn’t prep our table yet so they gave us complimentary drinks as we waiting for our table. That was super nice of them.

The restaurant is very caring for your dietary needs. They will ask you if you have any dietary needs without you even mentioning it (basic hospitality from fine dining places). Our servers were very polite and welcoming. Also, it was very respectable for all kitchen staff to wear masks during the entire course of preparations and cooking.

I ordered (my friend ordered the same things as me), the salmon which was so buttery with the salmon roe that would just burst with flavour and saltiness in your mouth. As my main, I chose the red shrimp pasta, everything about it was beyond heavenly. I ordered mine to be slightly soft, I loveddd the onions in the sauce, gosh this was just beyond this planet). For dessert, I had their tiramisu which they serve with cold cold cold shaved ice. If you go to an Italian restaurant, always order the tiramisu, never fails to impress!

Along with that, you get their homemade bread, a starter and petit fours, all complimentary! You will be given 5 choices of olive oils to choose from. I advice going for the middle. I went for the strongest and it was toooo strong for me.

So overall, this really was an AMAZING place to go! Highly recommended!
