我看了電視介紹，剛好出開去那頭，就膽粗粗一試去到是一間小店形式經營，環境都可以，乾淨簡單舒服我一去到，當然看餐牌，大部分都是芝士，心情好興奮先叫了個5色芝士pizza來到後，原來是有層次食，右至左。好像品嚐生蠔一樣好好味，芝士好出色。特別推薦，必食之選經過店員介紹，今天特定油封鴨，其實我對法國鴨不是太好感。因上次去法國時食，我不太喜歡不過我老公說試就試下啦，沒可能全部食芝士嘛一試，wah，真的不得了覺得沒選擇錯誤，油香鴨軟，真的其實二人食，已好滿足，不過因為此餐實在太完美。我們為了更完滿，所以特別叫了個甜品享用朱古力好香，唯一雪糕得一款，如有其他選擇比我，我會更開心食飽後，我已book位，食下一次了…查看更多

今次係第3次去食～比起上一次去已經有成8個月，個餐牌多左好多選擇。除左主打芝士烤盤同埋pizza，今次我同3位姊妹淘嚟試下其他菜式～ (我第一次同爹地媽咪嚟都有寫食評，大家可以爬文一下）好，介紹番今次我覺得好好食嘅新菜式：1）呢個係全熔芝士配法包（個名我作嘅，唔記得左本身個名），個芝士味好特別，有d blue cheese feel。個包又外脆內軟，記得兩樣野都要趁熱食，凍左芝士個硬身番。2. 白酒煮青口個青口係肥美嘅～比起買超市一袋自己煮果d係1個層次～ 個白酒汁超香，忍唔住係咁偷飲（雖然我見到有牛油同cream嘅蹤蹟...orz）3. 油封鴨腿完全係signature dishes! Great restaurant, great food. As a French guy, I know that In Hong Kong french restaurants are usually very fancy and expensive, but this one is an exception. We came here for lunch due to the good comments in Openrice. My husband came here before for bolognaise pasta. He thought the pasta a bit watery and adding too much oregano but the dessert ( chocolate mousse tart) was good. My husband is a French and he hopes that he will like the food there. So, he brought me here just for an objective comment.We ordered a goat cheese salad with potato wedges and a 12 inch pizza (cheese, tomatoes, ham, mushroom) together with two cups of milk tea. The goat cheese on toast was good. The potato wedges were tasty with crispy skin. However, the portion of the salad is too small with this price. Then the pizza arrived. It looked like the pizza from Saizeriya (or in Hong Kong style). The paste was thin enough, but the sauce made the pizza a bit watery and less crunchy. It's supposed to dry a bit to make the paste remain crispy. The cheese was just right to my husband because he prefers less salty. $120 for 12 inch pizza is not expensive in hk. Lovely authentic french food at a good price. The restaurant is ran by a young couple. A french man and Hong Kong lady. He told us almost all the ingredients are imported from Europe. You can really tell when tasting the food ,especially the cheese. We went as a small group of friends for lunch, five people. One of which was a french  guy who recommended the place due to the number of authentic french dishes on the menu ;) The restaurant itself is a cosy cafe style, with a calm atmosphere and has really nice personal customer service. The two couple who own it are friendly and chatty. Didn't feel rushed to eat and leave. When it was time to order the guys who own the restaurant with really flexible and let us take our time and wait for all of our party to arrive. Friends ordered a couple of salads and a traditional french pizza. I ordered the tartiflette. It was lovely and creamy.  The tartifette is a mountain dish with a hearty flavour. It consists of potatoes, bacon, onion, cream and reblochon (the ripen cheese made in the Alpine region of Savoy)  Then had the dessert of the day, chocolate tart. Made in house. 係雜誌度睇到有間法國餐, 係食Raclette, 見食既方法幾得意,  所以就去試下. 今日去左同爹地媽咪試下法國菜，平時佢地淨係識去酒樓食特價三寶，趁Xmas終於搵到機會捉佢地食下新野。The Local French係朋友食過推薦的，話d pizza同烤芝士套餐都好好味又大碟，所以鎖定呢度同爸媽食聖誕大餐~D人成日話法國餐又細碟，又食得耐，不過呢度可能係主打家庭菜，所以overall都好大碟同埋好快就有得食～ 我地叫左2人芝士套餐加多一個Royal Pizza, 最後為食追加一個法式奶凍，每一款都很好食！芝士質素不是我們平日在連鎖店的貨色，Pizza個餅底好有空氣感同crispy~ 奶凍的cream係法國入口的~ 既香且滑～真心推介這真正由法國人主理的家庭小店！…查看更多
