喺社交媒体成日见到依间餐厅嘅黑松露二人套餐post ,搞到我心郁郁,所以就book咗枱,俾咗$200订金。一心一意谂住去食黑松露,去到之后个店员个面口都唔系好好,不过算啦。我哋仲睇紧嗌咩嘢食嘅时候佢上咗两个餐包,中规中矩啦。之后个店员突然间同我哋,”just that you know we don’t have any truffle today” 我:?!?!佢个Menu有唔少嘢都系有Truffles,仲要有个专系Truffle嘅二人餐,你突然间同我讲冇Truffle?! OK算,当理亏,我冇book嘅时候讲清楚,咁谂住求其食够个订金就走啦。
嗌咗一个carbonara 一个Lasagna。谂住两款经典pasta实冇死啦,carbonara就中规中矩,纯粹系啲guanciale 非常薄。。。个Lasagna就不得了啦,唔讲以为系一pat肉酱,卖相核突到一个点。个Lasagna系得两层,仲要完全食唔到任何pasta嘅感觉,系一Pat嘢。。。都唔好话唔系层层分明啦,直头要用匙羹食
我哋忍唔住问个店员「唔好意思啊,我想问吓个lasagna 系咪suppose系咁嘅样㗎?」你估吓佢答咩?(我谂咗好唔同答案,点都谂唔到呢个)佢话:「Oh yea that’s what our supplier gave us」 (大概系咁嘅意思具体字眼我唔记得)我: ?????
我谂紧你系咪讲紧直头系预制菜?唔怪得个Carbonara 3分钟就攞到出嚟啦。原来微波炉叮㗎咋???为咗唔好误会佢哋,我仲专登问清楚佢哋系咪直接reheat Supplier 俾佢哋嘅材料,佢竟然答我间接承认咗
总括而言,味道我唔会话系难食嘅,但系绝对唔值得百几蚊食两度预制菜,仲要咁低水准。。。
