After dropping off a friend at the airport, my company and I went to Tung Chung for shopping. We stopped by here for food to refresh our body and mind. There are several workstations for self-service order, or can choose to line up at counter for staff’s service. We preferred to choose our seating indoor rather than outdoor and started ordering by using the QR code on the table. Finally, we chose two sets of combos “Shack for 2” as there were value added choices for fries and drinks. We grabbed water and washed our hands at the self-serve counter while waiting for the food.Combo 1 $265Texas BBQ Burger - SingleIngredients included Angus beef, fried jalapeno, pickles, onion and Texas BBQ sauce. A nice soft bun, the ingredients were exceptionally juicy, flavors including tangy and spicy, tasted very good! Shack Burger - SingleA typical cheeseburger having ShackSauce, fresh lettuce and tomatoes. The bun added a soft and slightly sweet base. The melted cheese added creamy texture to the beef patty while lettuce and tomatoes contributed to the freshness sensation, yummy!Chicken Bites 6-count with BBQ sauce Tiny pieces looked like a small snack, crispy outside and better to dip BBQ sauce for potent taste. Cheese Fries Ordered one fries with cheese sauce. Fries had a thick crinkle-cut easy to dip with cheese melted on top. The melted cheese was soft and pliable, acted as a moisturizer for the crispy fries that helped to stimulate appetite. The crispness and softness from fries together with cheese’s scent and taste, a guaranteed successful combination! 
Fifty Fifty – Large Size (Photo - Upper Right) Composed of half lemonade and half organic iced tea. The flavor was nice for both lemonade and tea, especially the scent is obvious, loved it! Fresh Lemonade - Regular (Photo - Upper Left)Lemonade gave a refreshing sensation and tasted good too!Combo 2 $288Avocado Bacon Burger - Single (Photo - Second burger)A cheeseburger with ingredients including sliced avocado, applewood-smoked bacon and ShackSauce. It tasted smoky and a bit salty, sometimes creamy from avocado, and sometimes sweetness from the bun, the mixture of tastes gave a satisfactory execution.Shack Stack Burger A distinguishing feature of this cheeseburger is the addition of fried mushroom with melted muenster and chaddar cheeses, altogether creating a soft texture and tasted pleasantly juicy.Each of the four burgers has formulated ingredients, resulting in distinct flavors. This highlights the variety and individuality of the burgers, there is always one suitable for foodie.Fries X 2 SetsRegular fries with the same portion as Cheese fries set, with the same crinkle-cut and were seasoned well. Without cheese sauce on top, fries were crispy outside and soft inside, we were happy to consume the fries with ketchup or BBQ sauce from Chicken Bites.Vanilla Shakes & Coffee Shakes - Small Size Both shakes were creamier and denser than ice-cream, vanilla shakes (on the right) tasted like vanilla ice-cream while coffee shakes (on the left) tasted like drinking a very milky latte with coffee aroma, they were excellent shakes! Large size Fifty Fifty on the right compared to small size Coffee Shakes on the left. Milkshakes created a sense of fullness thus ordering a small size was enough to evoke a sense of comfort and pleasure!All burgers were quite small, like palm-sized, creating an impression that the burgers were expensive, however, the tastes and fresh ingredients proved to be very good quality. Ordering a set with fries and drinks together served a sufficient portion. I would recommend cheese fries while for drinks, Fifty Fifty, Vanilla & Coffee Shakes are great choices.
