Back at Rajasthan Rifles for breakfast! I admit, I was skeptical from a business angle at first. End at 10:30am, who on earth treks to The Peak this early for breakfast? But turn out lots of people actually do! Perhaps because of this delicious Anglo-Indian offerings 🇬🇧🇮🇳Hands down, the 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗺𝗮 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝘂 remains my ride-or-die here🥰 This time level up with more scrambled egg and less sauce! One bite, and you’re in comfort food heaven! While the biggest surprise went to the 𝗥𝗶𝗳𝗹𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗹𝘀! Imagine an all-day-breakfast, but wrapped in a fluffy naan. How is this not a trend yet 😆No Indian meal is complete without curry, and they nail it. 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗵𝗶🥘 brought a vibrant tomato base that’s tangy and light without weighing you down at breakfast. Also got a bowl of 𝗣𝗮𝗿-𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗻 𝗣𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗼 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗼𝘁 to finish the curry! For sweet tooth, they’ve got you 🙌🏼 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗸 𝗕𝘂𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗧𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁 used the same pillowy buns from the keema pau, transformed into golden, custardy bliss. Semi-cooked interior for that moist, sticky pull-apart texture! I can inhale hundreds of it! 𝗗𝗿𝗼𝗽 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 - looked like a pancake🥞 but not - delivered a firmer and denser bite!Lavish mornings call for bubbles, so the 𝗠𝗶𝗺𝗼𝘀𝗮 is your elegant default😎 Or if you want something bold, 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘆 might be your wake up call!
