放假偷半日带妈妈去隐世的大坑区食好野,餐厅环境充满异地色彩,好有瞬间出游西班牙的感觉。下昼到来食客不多,饮杯野食件cake倾下计,可以坐足半日真系几写意,而且不设最低消费,都几值得推荐朋友来chill下。美食提供传统西班牙菜式,味道唔错,价钱合埋。Tapas: White Aspapagus $108白露荀、蒜香蛋黄酱、风干火腿肉白露荀熟透软嫩,味道清甜,搭配咸香的风干火腿和creamy的蒜香蛋黄酱,口感极佳。Tapas: Gambas Al Ajillo $158橄榄油蒜片虎虾虎虾爽口弹牙,淡淡的蒜香,配法包沾上橄榄油,味道唔错。Tapas: Chistorra Sausage $78西班牙红椒小香肠小香肠口感烟韧,咸中带甜,味道较浓,配法包食可中和一下咸味。Octopus ptoatoes paprika $168八爪鱼、薯仔、红椒八爪鱼口感软弹,薯仔软绵,做得相当出色。Tapas: Seafood Rice Paella $188西班牙海鲜饭 海鲜饭口感烟韧,充分吸收海鲜精华,味道浓郁,还有香脆的饭焦。配料有青口、白蚬和大虾都几足料。Spanish Cheesecaje $78西班牙巴斯克芝士蛋糕芝士蛋糕软滑口感,芝味浓郁,大大件令人满足。Espresso Flan $68咖啡布丁布丁软滑,咖啡香气扑鼻,完美的甜品结尾。Sangria 0% $58饮落几清香的橙味,微微酸莓味,口感清爽。Agua Fresca De Pina $58菠萝汁加百香果,味道清甜爽口。

Hola amigos! 👋 Just had the most delicioso meal at Qué pasa. TAPAS y VINO in Tai Hang and I'm bursting to tell you all about it! 🤩First up, the Jamón Ibérico Ham 🐷. Whether you go for the 30 or 42 month cured, the rich, nutty flavour is simply divine. Thinly sliced and melting in your mouth, it's the perfect start to any Spanish feast. 💯Next, we sampled the White Asparagus with garlic aioli and jamón ham. The tender asparagus spears, creamy aioli, and salty ham created a beautiful harmony of flavours. 😋 The Octopus with potatoes and paprika 🐙 was equally impressive, with perfectly cooked octopus and a smoky paprika kick. 🔥For something heartier, the Braised Tripe Stew with chorizo was a real winner. Rich, flavourful, and incredibly comforting. 🍲 And of course, no Spanish meal is complete without Paella! 🥘 The Seafood Paella was bursting with fresh mussels, clams, and shrimp, and the rice was cooked to perfection. 👌The Quarter Chicken with mojo sauce 🍗 was another highlight. The chicken was juicy and tender, and the mojo sauce added a vibrant citrusy flavour. To finish, we indulged in the Spanish Cheesecake and Espresso Flan. The cheesecake was rich and creamy, with a perfectly caramelized crust, while the flan was smooth and decadent. 🍮🍰 Both were the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal.And let's not forget the drinks! 🍹 The Traditional Sangria was fruity and refreshing, and the Cava y Guava was a unique and delicious combination. Overall, Qué pasa. TAPAS y VINO is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Spanish cuisine in Hong Kong. Highly recommend! 👍👍👍

餐厅:Qué Pasa Tapas Y Vino地点:大坑铜锣湾道菜式:西班牙菜餐牌:Bites, Tapas, Rice Paella, Mibrasa Charcoal Oven, Cured/Cheese, Desserts, Sangria & Some, 0% Alcohol-FreeRusa Salad, potatoes, tuna-mayo传统薯仔沙律配吞拿鱼蛋黄酱 $58 另加一传统薯仔沙律配吞拿鱼蛋黄酱用长碟上枱,脆口薯仔粒捞好红萝卜粒,鸡蛋粒等,洒上红色调味粉同葱花,个吞拿鱼蛋黄酱汁味道唔错,唔会太浓或者腻,食落味道微微辣,配有两片法包比你𩠌沙律食。Bean Salad, chickenpea puree, tomatoes, lemon 杂豆沙律,鹰嘴豆蓉,番茄,柠檬 $48 另加一杂豆沙律有滑溜酸酸地豆蓉捞有蕃茄粒同洋葱粒,加上少少葱花,口感滑溜中带点爽脆,好开胃健康。Ham Bikini, cheese火腿比坚尼三文治 $58 另加一火腿比坚尼三文治一客四件三角形size,烤得㶶面超脆口薄身多士夹住热熔芝士同火腿,口感外脆内滑,口感味道都一流。Quarter Chicken, mojo sauce烤鸡件,西班牙红酱 $138 另加一烤鸡件有一大件鸡上髀配鸡翼棷加鸡胸肉,热辣辣上枱,鸡皮脆口,鸡脾肉嫩滑。个西班牙红酱味道惹味,唔辣,加上香草,伴有一件柠檬。Seafood, mussels, clams, shrimps 西班牙海鲜饭 $188 另加一西班牙饭有三款拣,我地当然拣配海鲜!预备时间30-40分钟,真系要预留时间。成盘热辣辣上枱,一大底饭上面有连壳鲜蚬5只、连壳大虾三只同连壳青口三只,蔬菜有红椒段。虾头有汁,虾肉鲜甜,虾壳非常吸汁。蚬肉都好嫩。饭粒粒粒分明,好al dente,海鲜酱汁浓郁,加有大量香草,每粒饭粒都好够味。份量适中,两个人食刚好。Churros, chocolate sauce 西班牙炸油条,自家制朱古力酱 $48 另加一西班牙炸油条一客两条,长长又凹凹凸凸,加上满满糖霜,口感一流。个自家制朱古力酱系稀稀哋,有朱古力奶感觉,唔系一般朱古力酱,唔会太甜或腻,带微微酒味。今餐食物质素高,可以饱尝西班牙菜式,我地都食得好开心。餐厅高楼底,装修好西方,音乐轻快,好有外国feel。外籍服务员态度好好,友善地向你介绍菜式。

餐厅由天后站步往会较铜锣湾站近,位置就在莲花宫对开。前菜点了手切伊比利亚黑毛猪后腿严选西班牙顶级伊比利亚黑毛猪后腿,经30至42个月自然风干熟成,肉质呈现深红大理石纹,油脂丰润。手切薄片后,散发浓郁榛果香气,咸香细腻,余韵悠长。 白露荀配蒜香蛋黄酱、风干火腿肉鲜嫩白芦笋轻焯保留清甜,佐以蒜香蛋黄酱,浓郁顺滑,顶层铺上风干火腿薄片。脆嫩、奶香与咸鲜层次交叠,平衡而优雅。 橄榄油蒜片虎虾 新鲜虎虾以初榨橄榄油香煎,配以金黄酥脆蒜片。虾肉弹嫩饱满,浸润蒜油香气,简单烹调突显海鲜鲜甜,佐以微辣红椒粉提味,地中海风味十足。 烤鸡件配西班牙红酱,鸡件嫩滑。炭炉食物选了八爪鱼,混合马铃薯和红椒,薯仔软糯带天然的甜味。Rice Paella选了海鲜,馅料有大虾、青口、蚬等,非常欣赏这锅西班牙海鲜炖饭的鲜甜味道,看来上汤没有添加味精,吃后完全没有口干感。 甜品点了西班牙巴斯克芝土蛋糕。巴斯克蛋糕的味道较淡,适合不嗜甜的。无酒精饮品点了VERDE DOBLE,由茉莉茶、番石榴和lime混成,味道清新。另一杯modernista sangria white,由blanco、gin、橙汁和水果混成。室内环境满满西班牙风情,悠闲雅致。
